Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR and lacking from this business. The cashier/owner is extremely confrontational and... condescending - Snarky disrespectful business owner. It'll be ANOTHER business that goes under if they keep up this sort ofattitude. You need the consumer the consumer DOES NOT NEED YOU! Especially when there are OTHER places with better quality (asfar as customer service and menu options and items) and on top of the NON-EXISTENT customer service, the actual SERVICE isSLOW. I would give this place zero stars on that alone. Definitely not worth it. The drinks here are so good. They make everything fresh to order and it definitely tastes like it! Although you have to wait a... few minutes for your drink to be prepared, it?s well worth it. I newly discovered this place when my boyfriend brought it home and I think it's great. However, the service/customer service is... terribly lacking. I came in at 9am on a Friiday and couldn't find the place after circling the market 3 times. By this time iswas about 9:10 and I was about to call to see if they were, indeed, located in Krog Street Market. They were inside, they justweren't open. Ok, I overlooked this snafu because we've all been late before. But the young lady that pulled up the curtaindidnt even say anything. She just walked over to the register and waited for me to start talking. So I greeted her "Goodmorning! How are you?" kind of to give her a hint at how customers should be greeted and she barely mumbled "Hi" in response. Igave her my order, cashed out, and waited for my food. I see her walk to the back, tie her hair up (in the kitchen prep area),and start making my dish (without washing her hands). I don't care if everything needed was scopped with a scooper, you stillneed to wash your hands in food prep. This place has great products but the service is just awful. Another customer came bywhile my food was being prepared and had to wait forever. He got frustrated and left. It should also be noted that the serviceis most likely a management issue. I've read the other reviews and when the owner of the business responds like a defensiveteenager, that tells you all you need to know. There's no kind of professionalism. There are tons of ways to say many things andhe/she could benefit from learning. Reviews are to be used as a constructive tool to make your business better. If you have anexcuse everytime someone shares their negative experience, you shouldn't be a manager. Read more
