I have had the most irritating experience with the location. I ordered through Door Dash on 10/22/22 and 30 minutes after I got... a call from CJ saying they had no delivery driver and my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. It's almost a month and Ihave yet to get my refund. Because this is a franchise corporate couldn't do much other than contact the owner company. . Spokewith several managers. Only one attempted to help. She said ask for Shay when I come up and she would do a direct refund. Shaytells me to my face that , they don't do that... And I can dispute it with my bank. There is no way as a manager you should leta guest leave like that. So, I'm out of $26 with nothing to show for it. Read more

I typically have a good experience when ordering delivery but this time the website was glitching. It charged me twice and... didn?t confirm that the order went thru. I call the store the verify first was hung up because ?shay? couldn?t hear me. I?mtalking loud and she pauses like I was heard. I call right back and she hears me when I ask her. I tell her my issue and shesays call Corporate, I ask for the the number, she doesn?t know it. I ask for the manager and she is the manager.. so no help,no number, and couldn?t even confirm if my order went thru and told me to find it myself. So I?m double charged, no food, nohelp, and hung up again after I asked her name. She said she was to busy to help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This can?t bewhat is considered management material. I don?t fault anyone at the store for the app messing up but being rude and then noteven checking to see if my order went thru or something. I will never order there again. I will make sure to post this on everysocial feed because that was very rude and upsetting after my money was taken and I don?t even get the product. If she is thisrude to me, I?m sure there are more complaints. Regardless of her rudeness I?m still out of my money, no food, no corporatenumber. Freaky slow at this location. Ordered at 12:09 PM and just received the sandwich at 1:37. The online order system use to warn... you if deliveries were slow, but this is the third time it's been 1.5+ hours before getting a sandwich. Given that it'sliterally a roll, sliced in half, with mayo, pre-shredded lettuce and some meat slapped on there (not even pulled apart and"piled" or "draped" on), there is no reason it should take over an hour and a half for a delivery three blocks away. Delivery system is antiquated at best and drivers are always late since the location is always understaffed due to low wages. Do... better Jimmy Johns to take care of your staff. Read more

I placed my order for ?Freaky Fast delivery? over an hour ago and still did it receive my order, nor did anyone answer my call.... So instead I decided drive to the store. Six employees in the store, and no one person greeted me. After standing waiting forsomeone to acknowledge me, someone else walks in (a woman) and she was greeted and asked to be serviced. After mentioning that Iwas overlooked, the tall gentleman with dreadlocks got very nasty with me as if I?m don?t deserve customer service. I live right next door to JJs and frequent there at least once a week. I have a busy work schedule so being able to run... downstairs, get lunch, and be back in 10 minutes (I don?t even order ahead) with good food is priceless. I have probably eatenfrom this JJs 75-100 times; so I feel qualified to share my opinion. 100% this is the best fast food restaurant downtown. Ihave never once had a bad experience. My order is always correct when I get upstairs, the people are super friendly and nicealways (even as I watch them deal with the occasional rude customer) and the place is clean and food is good. Only complaint isthat they do close fairly early, but I understand that is just part of being in a business-focused area. To the manager/owner:you clearly have an awesome team and imo it?s the major differentiator for your business. Keep up the great work and make sureyou appreciate your wonderful employees. Read more

Ordered and paid for my sub online. Got my confirmation and everything. Pulled up and the restaurant was closed. Mind you, this... restaurant closes at 6pm on Sunday, I pulled up at 5:30p. First time eating at any Jimmy John's. Sandwich was ok. Watch out of you order Mayo, they spread it thick. Limited options for... bread and toppings. Was expecting it to be better than Subway, but it wasn't. Subway has more choices for bread, meat andtoppings. BBQ chips and cookie were good, which bumped the score up to a three star. Read more
