The customer service here is beyond terrible. Whoever manages here needs to be changed?the manager and whoever else works there... are all unprofessional and rude. They are downright nasty to their customers and people should not frequent there until themanagement is changed. Read more

Today was my last time ordering at JJ and I have been ordering since they opened, almost weekly. Not sure if it is the... pandemic, but deliveries have been/are incredibly slow. Today, my order took 1 hour and 56 minutes to arrive. TWO hours and myoffice is 0.2 miles from them! The bread was completely soggy and I did not eat the sandwich due to the meat sitting for 2hours. This is location is tremendously slow and just terrible. I called to cancel my order because I had not received it and my lunch... was over after waiting almost an hr and half. My office building is the next light up and I was unable to get my order ?freakyfast? as they promote it is ridiculous. My order was received 12:27 and by 1:30 I still had no food. After canceling I neverreceived my refund as the gentleman stated on the phone I would and they refuse to answer the phone which is robbery. Thislocation needs works. Read more
