My 21st order from here and not only was the sandwich inedible, the customer service, Solomon/Manager was horrid. He offered me... a replacement, an hour later and a half hour before I was leaving work, I called and stated "if I don't have it I will request arefund." He then spoke of how he "went out his way to make a sandwich and I'm not going to order him to issue a refund." Wethen had words. I hung up.
