This has to be the worst Jimmy Johns I?ve ever been to. This location is always closing early. They never adhere to the times... posted online. Today I went there at 2:43pm and the door was locked. After knocking on the door, the employee came to the doorand said I am close, they let me close early because I?m getting my car fixed. This is the type of service I always receive atthis location. The service I received today was horrible. Cashier didn't have a care in the world. The two ladies making sandwiches forgot to... make mine. (How this happened i have no idea. There was only 1 person in front of me and one behind me.) Then they startedarguing about who was going to make it. They forgot to add the avocado i paid for and didn't cut the sandwich. All in all, ittook about 15 minutes to make 1 #7 with Avocado. Read more
Love Jimmy John's in general, but this store is confusing. Google said they're closed but also said they're doing delivery and... take out. I figured this meant they're just closed for dining i . When I called to check they said they're open until 8. I walkover there and the doors are locked? I understand that times are weird right now, but I'm confused. Read more
Good people, however the process for executing lunch orders is terribly flawed. Jimmy John's clearly needs to review this... location to determine alternate strategies to that of traditional locations. This is a use case that must get reviewed. Probably one the most unpleasant fast food dining experiences I have had in a long time. The chatter, banter and shouting... behind the counter made it impossible for anyone to hear their order being called. And since they don't give out a ticket #with your order, the lady behind the counter had to shout out the entire order... Did you get a #3 sandwich? Oh wait, mine waswith whole wheat, this isn't mine. Maybe you could hear that over the music playing. The ice machine was empty the entiretime. It took 12 minutes for my freaky fast sub to be ready for me. It is a sensory hell with all the noise coming from behindthe counter. My sub was good. But I would never go back to this place to get a sub. Read more
Ordered today and it took about an hour to come...mind you we are only a few minutes walking distance from the store. Also, my... husband?s sandwich was missing the avocado spread. Lastly, we had ordered two chocolate chip cookies...they both were so staleneither of us could eat them. The cookies I get from another location are always fresh and great. This place used to be decent when the guys were running it, don?t know their names. There?s 3 women who don?t give a &$@! About... staying open apparently. I asked them if they discontinued jalapeño chips since there?s never any at this location- sheshrugged and didn?t say a word. Read more
