Sounds like a lot of people leaving reviews for delivery service didn't have a great experience, but I walked in, was greeted by... friendly employees, got my order in a FLASH and was also acknowledged with a "thanks for coming in" when I left too. Their CO2machine was out on the drink machine, and when I let an employee know, he said they were totally out of CO2 to get the drinkmachine running properly, but offered to get me a cold can of Coke from the back. You can?t tell me this wasn?t made with love ???????? Sad i didn?t ask names but 2/15/22 i went in around 4:45 and was greeted... with two welcoming vibes and big smiles all while they while diligently making online order i had a million questions and theguy with the beautiful face and low haircut was so pleasant and patient with me he explained they do do substitutions, but afterlistening i was basically ordering the #5 and he made sure i knew that? anywho if you?re in buckhead and miss true customerservice stop by and grab a bite to eat those two guys were very pleasant Read more

UPDATE: so, I never got the order and I saw a refund on my bank account (30.83) HOWEVER, my total on the order was $37. What?s... the difference? The $6.17 (20% tip) i had originally left thinking that my order was going to get delivered. Oh, so we?restealing from customers now. Whoever processed the refund from in-store thought they were going to be sneaky and keep the tipand not think I was gonna catch it, which only tells me that they?ve been doing this for a minute because people they?ve donethis to before haven?t caught on. Honey, if you think you haven?t met your match with petty, I?d like to introduce myself. Thepeople at this location really think they?re too good to work at jimmy johns with the way they?re treating people. Baby, someoneis getting fired, that?s all I know. And yes, over $6.17 because someone really tried the wrong one. This location is trash. Iordered online for delivery and the store received my order over an hour ago. I?ve been calling them to see what was up becauseat this point I want to cancel my order. It?s only 7 minutes away (0.6 miles) from my hotel but I don?t have a car, otherwise Iwould have gone and dealt with the situation myself. I?m just calling my bank to dispute the charge. I put in a complaint withcorporate so they can know that the store isn?t doing their job on keeping communication open at this location. I?ve legit beencalling and calling over the last hour. PLEASE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. They are true. I have given this place multiple chances and they fail me every time. From... messing up my sandwich, to completely forgetting my chips/drink. On my newest order, I ordered online at 3:37. It?s currently5:27 and still no sandwich. It?s not even out for delivery yet. This location will not answer the phone at all to help. I wouldlike to cancel my order but can?t reach anyone. If it?s not out for delivery before I get off work, I will drive to the store tohopefully pickup my sandwich. I will comment back with what happens. Stay away from this location. Update: I drove to the storeand they are CLOSED!! So they allow me to order my sandwich, pay for it including tip & delivery fee, just to be closed?! Calledcustomer service but they don?t work weekends?! I want my money back. Read more

I placed a delivery order over a week ago and received the totally wrong order. I called the restaurant for over 30 minutes and... no one ever answered the phone. I contacted corporate, who said they have reached out to the restaurant two times to get incontact with me. No one has made an effort to contact me from this location to process a refund. Never have I ever had such horrible service from a JJ store. From the moment I called to place the order I was met with such... grumpy people. No sense of customer service at all. And to top it all off I got charged a dollar for this sliver of "avocado".The thinnest sandwich I've ever had from JJ. I felt like being a customer at this store is an inconvenience to them.
