Very slow. Over 90 min for delivery. Called at hour mark and told driver was on way and I was next up. 30 min later still... sitting here with no food. I can understand staffing shortages and challenges with finding people to work these days, but pleasegive an accurate estimate and apologize for the delay at the very least. I don?t think the guy I spoke to on the phone even saidsorry for the order taking over an hour. That?s bare minimum customer service IMO?sometimes acknowledgement and apologies canhead off a bad review. EDIT: Updated from 2 to 3 stars. Spoke to a different person this time who apologized multiple times andinformed me the driver had 10 other orders and was 5 min away. Will update to 4 stars if truly 5 min and order is accurate. If you're looking for good customer service.. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STOP AT! SMH... There's a Jersey Mike's just up the... road.. Told the cashier what to put on my sandwich.. sat down to eat... it was made completely wrong! Came back up to thecounter and told the cashier the issue, then another lady starts saying over and over and over: we DIDN'T make your sandwichwrong! I explained to her this is NOT what I ordered.. she just kept saying we DIDN'T make your sandwich wrong! Finally justasked her for my money back... even while giving me the money she had to get it in one more time: we DIDN'T make your sandwichwrong! Her attitude makes you feel like you're at Popeyes NOT JimmyJohn's! It's sad to see how bad customer service has wentdown hill since the labor shortage..
