Quite disappointing. I placed delivery orders from here three separate times, and each time they have called telling me they... have no delivery drivers and must cancel my order. Granted, one of the times I placed the order 5 minutes before they closed,but the other two orders were at least an hour in advanced of their closing time. I enjoy Jimmy Johns but this location musteither be at a serious deficit of employees or they are extremely lazy and find any excuse to not deliver your food. Maybe oneday I will actually receive the food I order, but I don't see myself placing an order at this location in the near future. Read more

I order from this Monroe location because I work close by, but I would not order from here if I had another location choice.... They always forget to add napkins and mustard and are typically running very late. Today, I was surprised to see the mustard andnapkins.... but then I took a bite and had onions in my mouth. I cannot eat raw onions because they give me severe headaches. Icalled the store to ask for another one to be delivered. The same driver came and called me to say she needed the other sandwichto prove there were no onions. I had already given it to my co-worker, which I told her. If you wanted the old sandwich, youshould have told me when I called for the re-make. Besides... WHO DOES THAT?? Then, the drive proceeded to call me a liar andsaid there were no onions on the first one. When I told her to don't dare call me a liar, she said, "Mmhmm." and hung up on me!Of course, she disappeared before I walked downstairs to get my food. So, I called the store back and asked for my tip to berefunded. I asked that, that lady never deliver here again. Don't ever call me a liar! Get your store in order! You should havejust given me a full refund and a credit for more later, after that nonsense. Teach your workers some basic customer service! Read more

Ordered a single Slim & pickle curbside. Arrived at 1:25pm & checked in.10 minutes pass and I choose to remain patient, having... worked in fast food myself and understanding rush hours, short staff, etc.. 20 minutes pass and I decide to go inside & Ipolitely tell the man at the counter how long I?d been there and inquired about the status of my order. Without even looking atme, he mumbles something about the ?shelf? and I turn around to see the ?indoor pickup? shelf. There my food had been sittingfor 20 minutes waiting for me, with the receipt boasting in large letters ?CURBISE OUTDOOR ORDER?. Not a single employee evenfeigned urgency or apology, and let me sit outside for 20 minutes (directly infront of the store) without asking me anything. Read more

Worst location. Messed up the order and refused to bring out a fixed sandwich even though they have done so in the past. I get... there?s a labor shortage but the sandwich was supposed to be a veggie and there was meat on it, so it got thrown away. Nopartial refund either. Just awful customer service. Read more

Do not bother ordering online for pickup - they NEVER make it until you?re there in person and ask about the order. You could... wait two hours, show up and it still wouldn?t be made. They won?t touch those orders unless you?re awkwardly leaning over thecounter to ask about them. The food is fine - just what you?d expect - just go in person to order bc online doesn?t do squatexcept generate a ticket to be ignored. OBTW, they get something wrong on the order more often than not. Read more

My expeerience with this particular location is not good. Every other location have been fair, fast delivery and A1 customer... service. As I normally order from JJ for lunch because of the speedy service and fresh sandwiches which is located on PikeStreet in Lawrenceville (you guys get 10 stars). I mistakenly ordered from this location, when the driver called to see wherelocation I apologized and told I made mistake and ordered from the location when I am in the area. The male driver was a littleannoyed however he said okay no worries. I called the location and asked the manager if they can void out this transaction andrefund my money. I had all the information. Now, this happened early May. After a couple of days I called the location againand asked for the manager which is a female seemed like she was annoyed told me to hold and she would check. She found thetransaction and said she will take care of it. Now, me being the kind hearted person I am again I said okay thank and asked howlong. She said it will take a week. I gave her two weeks. No refund, I called back asked for the manager and again explainedthe story and gave her the reciept/confirmation number and again she said she would have to call corporate to give it about aweek or two. Well I made that call today. The manager told me to go ahead and call corporate. So... I learned today thatJimmy John is a franchise and she was delighted for me to call corporate and laughed. Well, I thought i would take the time outto add this review to this particular location as well as contacting the BBB over $15 that the manager refuse to refund me as idid not receive a purchase. She could have offered a gift certifcate as I would have been delighted with that as I am afrequent buyer. Ms Lady Manager great customer service even through delivery and trying to help the customer instead actinglike nothing took place is better than having someone to write a not so good review on YOUR location. If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. I ordered food for delivery and did not receive it after two hours of waiting. I... called after the first hour and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I called 30 minutes later and was told again 15 to 20 minutes. Thislocation has done this to me now multiple times and every time I swear I will not go back there but I do. I absolutely willnever do it again. Horrible. Read more
