The young man taking the drive thru orders is not customer service friendly. This is not the first time that I have encountered... this worker. He cuts you off before you finish your order and when I got back to work, the order was wrong. Every time thisparticular employee is at the drive thru (at lunch time) my experience is unpleasant. I avoided going to this JJ's for thisreason. I forgot and went there today. I will try not to do that again. Read more

Quite possibly the worst experience I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order online, and ahead of time and... never got the confirmation my order was being prepared. When I get to the drive thru, no greeting- just automatically ?WECLOSED? ? it was 3:30pm. I let her know I placed an order online and was told to pull up. After 10 minutes of waiting I finallygot my sandwich. When I opened the sandwich it was drowning in mayonnaise and oil and lettuce and was literally falling apart. lcould barely take a single bite. The bite I did have was AWFUL and I was disgusted (as I knew I should?ve been when I firstopened it) I will literally never eat at this Jimmy John?s ever again. Went there for lunch 5 min ago. Service is the worst. Dining room closed so being I drive a tanker I can not eat there only... drive through. What a joke. Guess I was supposed to take out all the awnings they got. Read more

Terrible! It was Sunday afternoon around 3:00-4:00pm. I pulled into the parking lot and parked. Got of my car and noticed only... one car in the drive thru. Was looking forward to sitting down and the door was locked. No signage informing me that the diningroom is closed. So wasted my time parking and getting out of my car. Then I thought well I went out of my way to come here I'llgo through the drive-thru. By the time I get back in my car there's another car at the menu board ordering. Or at least Ithought they were ordering it was taking a long time. And I was getting frustrated because I lost a spot in line because therewas no sign on the door saying that the dining was closed. So I got upset and left. Then I try to call the store and no oneanswered. I will never stop at that location ever again. Read more

The last three or four times I've been here, The dining room is closed and there is a line of cars around the block for the... extraordinarily slow drive through. Website says open for dine-in, delivery, and take out. Be open or be closed. Pay your staffmore if you're going to be open fully or just stay closed. Freaky frustrating, Not freaky fast. Read more

I am eating my favorite JJ sandwich right now. But I wanted to commend this location and its employees. When I arrived to pick... up my order, all employees were friendly/welcoming. I?d just ordered through the app maybe 3-5 minutes before arriving, but theywere almost finished with my order. Everyone was wearing masks and working very efficiently (almost like an assembly line).Sandwich made perfectly as ordered. Amazing! Of note, I recently ate at another JJ and didn?t feel this same way/compelled towrite a review afterward. Read more

I use to go to this location at least two times a week every week. Today I was eating my meal and found hair in it. I went up to... the counter and the gentlemen at the counter said it could be my hair because it was black. It was obviously not my hair is whatI told him and he said there was nothing I could do about it. He said I ate more than half of my sandwich. I was willing to workit out with him. I asked him to remake me half of a sandwich and he said he couldn't do anything about it. He gave me the"owners" number and told me to call her. I still haven't had an answer. I spend money there for lunch and left hungry because Iwas disgusted from the thought of eating what could have been his beard hair. Read more
