I love Jersey Mikes and eat there at least 2 times a week. I worked at one for 5 years so I know a decent bit about the place.... It is criminal how undercooked the bread is at this jersey mikes. Surprised to see all of the bad ratings, I had a great experience and the food was delicious. I stopped in after the lunch rush... and was served right away. The staff was friendly and everyone was working, making the food or cleaning up after a busy time, Iwas impressed. My sandwich tasted good and felt I got the value for my money. I will go back.
