Don't follow directions and don't give you all of your order or send... the items while you are looking at the receipt saying what you ordered....... We placed our order online and it was ready when we arrived ??. Staff was nice and our sandwiches were made the way we wanted.

I order from this location very regularly. I have a severe gluten intolerance and have never had a problem getting well-made... gluten free sandwiches here. Today I ordered through their app and received no communication stating that they were out ofgluten free buns before being delivered a sandwich on a white bun. When my wife spoke with someone who seemed to be the manageron the phone we were informed that they were out of them and that we would need to request a refund online. Apparently the storecan?t get their communication, ingredients, or card processing to actually perform at the level a business that wants to makemoney should. This used to be one of my favorite places. I will never go here again. EDIT: After reaching out for assistancewith a refund on the order I couldn?t eat I still have not received any communication from Jersey Mike?s other than that theyhave received my submission. At this point I?m probably just going to have to report the charge as fraudulent as apparently youcan?t get communication from this location in any way, shape, or form. What a horribly run location. Terrible...worse jersey Mike location I've probably ever eaten at. My entire sandwich was literally SOAKED with oils. My... assistant hands me my food and there's oil dripping thru the sandwich wrapper. When I open my bag take my sandwich out to take abite the bread was completely wet and ruined. They don't answer their phone. So, if you placed an online order and ever need to change or cancel it, you're out of luck. There... is literally no other way to change or cancel an order at any Jersey Mike's location other than to call the location directly. Ieven called other JM locations nearby to see if they could do anything to help. Every single one picked up by the second ring,but told me the only thing I could do was to keep trying to reach this location. I never could get a hold of them after calling7 times in the span of 2 hours during opening hours. They also don't pay attention to the pick up time that you choose when youorder online. If you place your order at 4pm and want it ready at 6:30pm, count on it sitting on the counter ready to go for 2hours before you get there. Enjoy your soggy mess. Read more
