Had a taste for Jersey Mike?s and went to the Brookhaven location! I was undecided and Ron helped me with my decision! I went... with the chicken Philly. I was serviced by the owner ( Ron ) and brother ( Randy with the dimples ???? .) Both of fellas werevery friendly and welcoming! And the chicken Philly? Man ohh mannn! Fresh and flavorful! I am a 3rd party delivery driver and MY EXPERIENCE TODAY 7-1-2022 WAS DISGUSTING!!!! My child and I were disrespected by the... MANAGER/FRANCHISEE (a short, older white man) simply for using this location?s restroom while waiting on a CUSTOMER?s deliveryorder (that was NOT ready for pick-up WHEN WE ARRIVED) to be prepared. NO SIGNAGE WAS POSTED ANYWHERE IN THE ENTIRE LOCATIONSTATING THAT THE RESTROOMS COULD NOT BE UTILIZED BY DELIVERY DRIVERS ASSIGNED TO PICK-UP ORDERS AT THIS BROOKHAVEN, GEORGIALOCATION!! Even after briefly using the restroom? the order I was there for WAS NOT READY!!! It was not busy? and there was ONLYONE other non-employee inside the location. The manager/owner began to harass us while we waited at the counter for thecustomer?s order! He WAS EXTREMELY RUDE and I believe he is possibly even a RACIST!!! I arrived at 8:50 to order a sandwich. The door was locked and the lights were on. Also the open sign was on. So I went next... door to china wok to order and received better service although it was last minute. After I left out of china wok, all thelights were out. Yet, here it is still not even 9 pictures below. It makes no sense. I will be contacting corporate. It?s simplechange your hours if you don?t want to be open til 9:00pm. Read more
