Last time at this location and it doesn?t deserve one star! I understand it?s still hard to find workers, but train your current... ones to be great. I went in for a Philly cheese steak. Service was HORRIBLE! After I paid, they said they were out of whitebread. A man came in after me and got white bread. Plus they communication with customers are off! As other reviewers have mentioned, this restaurant is filthy. I've witnessed bugs several places, and the last time I visited... the trash in the can right by the front door had not been taken out and we were welcomed into the restaurant with a giant whiffof rotten food. The employees are rude, inefficient, and clearly do not work well together as there seems to be a lot ofmiscommunication and bickering on the serving line. I love Jersey Mikes, but there are other locations that provide much betterservice and have high standards of cleanliness. Read more
