I love this place. No matter the locations I have visited the subs are always great and service is good

Overpriced, unorganized, and rude customer service. Others who preferred after me got their food before I did. They didn't ask... me if I wanted condiments or anything else. They were talking amongst themselves a lot. There was no "thank you" or anything.Save your money and go to Subway. You'll get way more for your buck. Read more

This store is definitely great because of the management and staff. The location is neat clean and organized. The staff is... polite and seems to like their job, that makes a big difference! I do not live anywhere close to this location. It is actuallybetween my house and my boyfriend's house; but also off the beaten path. I go out of my way to stop here for sandwiches. Ordered twice in the past 3 days to use some expiring ubereats rewards. 1st time the order was not ready for almost 30 minutes... after I ordered it despite the app saying it was ready for pickup. The 2nd time, the order was ready when I arrived about 15mins after ordering. The sandwiches were all prepared properly and were tasty. Only real complaint is that the wheat bread isvisually unappealing (I had it twice). Otherwise, the food was good. Especially the mushroom and Swiss hot sub! Read more

Best cold cut sandwiches by far besides Blimpes from back in the day. Really no competition but they are opening back some... Blimpes in the Atlanta area. Only issue with Jersey Mike's is if you want to eat inside, the tables are typically dirty. Notsure if they have anyone assigned to clean them. Read more

Terrible service took 15 min to get my food just to mess it up. Manager was already in a terrible mood reflected by the other... workers so I wasn't going to ask for a refund for a $17 dollar sandwich just for them to take 20 minutes and mess it up again. I ordered a sandwich from this jersey mike's off of uber eats. I ordered a giant roast beef and provolone, mike's way with... jalapeños and mustard. I also paid for extra meat. All in all, with the delivery fee, it cost about $27. Half of the sandwichis missing, including the cheese, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, spices, salt and pepper. They then did not include the extra meat,which I paid for. (they literally included 3 of the 10 toppings that I ordered... 3/10!) This is an awful sandwich and ahorrible execution of the order I placed. Just because someone isn't there in person to make their order doesn't mean you can dothis bad of a job preparing it. Read more
