I requested my sandwich be cut in multiples and they reduced the amount of meat on my $18 sandwich! They said it would be messy... if I had it cut in multiples, didn't think I had to tell them not to give me $8dollar toppings on a $18 sandwich. I always getit cut this way at Jersey Mikes because the sandwiches are so big and messy, never got a complaint before. Also, they don't makeyour sandwich in front of you like they're supposed to, so I actually didn't see it until I left. I will be very critical nexttime I visit or maybe I'll just go to publix. My issue is the customer service staff working on 10/28/2022. I received my order around 9pm and as I unwrapped my sandwich i... Realize I had wheat bread instead and of regular bread. This is this stores second time doing this and I do don?t appreciate itat all. I do not like wheat bread I would have just preferred the entire order be canceled instead of made wrong. Anyways . Icall and a Caucasian lady answer the phone (sound like a older lady). I said yes I?m calling about my order I placed online .She replies what?s your name?. I STATED ??.? . She ask what was the problem and I kindly told her my order is incorrect I didnot order wheat bread . She proceeds to say ?well you got that because that?s all I had left very rudely and disgusting? afterthat point we began arguing and she hung up in my face. I call back and she pick up and hung up on me again saying ?we closed? .I called back again and she kept hanging up in my face . At this point I?m very angry and highly disappointed with jersey mikesfor hiring someone like that who clearly doesn?t care about the customers. Her attitude was so disgusting I instantly felt sickto my stomach. Not to mention I am a loyal customer at jersey mikes and I spend good money . This location was my go to spot. The last couple times I visited this location. It was terrible they did not bother to clean the... counter or place paper down to make my sandwich. They rushed my order and just threw it together. They took it apart just to putwhat I asked for. I had to constantly tell the employee what I wanted on my order, because he had headphones on. There seems tobe different people each time. I?m done with this location. I really like the sandwiches ,and based on their cost they shouldprovide better service. I can?t go here anymore. Read more

This is the worse Jerseys Mike in Georgia if not the chain. No lie - no such thing as customer service. Always an issue here but... this evening I go into the restaurant to order two sandwiches and the guy is a taking an order then immediately goes to thegrill to make two sandwiches. No acknowledgement or I?ll be with you. 10 minutes later he rings up the customer and takes myorder. I order two sandwiches and he tells me he can only make one per customer because he?s the only person on shift yet hejust made two. He shrugs his shoulders and says it is what it is. We should get better service than this in this community. Ihope corporate or management reads this review. This location hands down is always a 1/10.
