The Howell Mill location is some of the most terrible service I?ve ever received. I stood there being ignored for at least 10... minutes. The two ladies working were extremely unfriendly, cold, and rude. They didn?t have name tags so I can?t leave names.They were the same way with the other customers. I thought the reviews were dramatic before coming here, but they aren?t. I willnever be coming back to this location. Management really needs to do something about this location. Best Jersey Mike's location in ATL, hands down. The staff is always kind and super quick and very friendly. I work down the... street and before COVID, I was here at least once a week. I still order from here at least once a week via food delivery, andthe wonderful staff still remember me! My sandwich is always made perfectly and with care. Couldn't recommend this locationmore! My husband and I showed up at 7:40 this evening (this location closes at 8pm). The open light was on and the door was unlocked.... The woman inside immediately told us they were closed upon entry and they would not help us. Very disappointed in the serviceand lack of courtesy. We will not be returning and will give our business elsewhere from here on our. We also watched 2 separatecustomers walk in after us and get turned down as we ordered chipotle that is a couple of doors down. Read more
Of all the sub chains around, Jersey Mike?s is hands down the freshest of them all! Not to mention the specialty sodas they have... on tap there are delicious. Never disappointed when I stop here for a sammy. Read more
