Always good service here. The employees and even managers jumped in to assist and did a great job with the nonstop traffic... entering. It was Atlanta Pride and the parade just ended and these employees have exemplary customer service when most would'vegiven attitude and walked away. Kudos to Jason's Deli!!! Read more

Food was great but service was horrible at the Camp Creek location. I spent 50 dollars on food, and went to retrieve the rest of... my order with my five muffins in a small coffee cup. I asked for a top, only to be stopped by manager who nastily said," Thosemuffins are 1.59." So I asked her to ring it up, but she said I was just letting you know in a nasty manner. (WHY mention it,especially in a loud, nasty manner meant to be embarrassing and it was?) So I asked her if muffins were included with salads asI purchased two salads. She said "oh" but never apologized for her rude behavior. She then proceeded to say I should have useda bags. I have been going to this place for years, and never encountered muffin bags. The issue.. The nasty behavior andreprimand went on too long. You do not have conversations with customers like this, especially in a loud manner. She didn't knowwhat I bought and treated me like trash! It was disgusting to witness. My daughter was so confused because she could notunderstand why the untidy lady was harassing us over two dollar muffins(literally 5) after we paid for two salads, soups andsandwiches. And when I asked to pay, she says never mind which let's me know she was simply being less than her bestself. Please do better Camp Creek. I will never go back myself because it was really embarrassing and I work as a professionalin the area. I cannot recommend this location. Read more
Horrible customer service the girl kept saying she was knew - didn?t know anything about the menu, Parking, at anything really. ... Also , there was a men drunk at the door sleeping blocking the way. And while I understand that?s not the restaurants fault noone called the police. Read more
I had the new york Yankee sandwich, it was a huge pile of meat(corned beef and pastrami). Very tasty meat, but a sauce of some... sort (aioli) would have added to the flavor. Wife had the caprice sandwich, she said was delicious. Read more
My company loves catering our lunches from this company and they enjoy it every time! Sadly, if your vegan, they aren?t cater... friendly. This my second time ordering the same thing, the Nutty Mixed-Up Salad. The first time I requested no chicken, nocheese. (Near perimeter mall). Smothered in cheese and chicken. I left work early bc I was starving by 3p. Probably an honestmistake. I get it. Requested the same thing for our meeting today (midtown location). Same salad, no chicken, no cheese please.I got lettuce, and apples. I appreciated being able to eat something but it was disappointing so I didn?t finish it. Starving at5p, I tried to finish it and made it thru a bit more, but (see pic) no. It needs more. I love being plant based but wedefinitely eat more than lettuce and fruit. There was so much more to this salad. The company enjoyed the assortment ofsandwiches so no bad talk but I?m extremely hungry and would like ALL Jason?s Deli location to be more considerate of veganmeals, especially catered meals. $34 For what we got and it was worth it!! So much food, we couldn't finish. And, we could have gotten more on the plate. It's a... one time salad bar trip but you get your monies worth. Establishment was clean and the staff were super friendly. I wouldrecommend. We each got the salad bar, extra protein, and medium drinks. I got the soup to try and it was delicious! Read more
Great salad bar. It used to be all you could eat but they changed that during Covid. It's time to get back to normal though!
