Customer service is horrible, kid at the register was on his phone texting didn?t even say hello or ask what I wanted to order.... He just stared at me when he was done texting. I had to repeat my order twice since he was distracted with his phone, again.Please train the employees better. Read more

I know it is beyond the control of Jamba but I was disappointed that the açai bowls were not available (hopefully temporarily)... due to supply chain issues. The kind and informative manger has introduced me to the peachy green goodness bowl... It was prettygood... I'm addicted to the açai bowl but this can suffice in it's absence... I'll get more honey and granola next time... Ilove this place- the fruit is always fresh and sweet!!! Read more
Came in this morning for my usual P&B Protein an was greeted with a very friendly good morning by the beautiful ladies working... this morning an also learned about a new item in the menu called ?White Gummi? I will definitely be back to give it a try. Read more

Eh. Kind of disappointing for a health focused smoothie place. The smoothie was very icy, and watery. The texture was not... great. It was melted before I had time to drink it all. The turkey sausage wrap was mostly tortilla, with just a little bit offilling. If it hadn?t been for the hot sauce, it really wouldn?t have had much flavor. I was excited about the impossiblesausage and cheese biscuit. It was $4.19, and was about 2.5 inches in diameter. I can?t believe I paid that much forit. Came here with my girlfriend and Bennie working the register didn?t show us any customer service. Didn?t greet us after we... walked in and after us both speaking to him he didn?t speak back. Was very nonchalant. Could use some customer service skills. Read more
