The food is fine if you need something during your lunch break, but my gripe is with the kitchen. They messed up my order twice... and I had to walk back twice to get it corrected. I should have checked but was in a rush to get back to the office. The staffat the counter are nice and I know this mess up is not their fault because they repeat your order they put into the system. I?mnot really a ?can I speak to your manager? person but was surprised that no one from management came out to apologize. Jack, please sort out your kitchen staff and make sure they are not disrespecting the ladies at the front who are providing customerservice. Thank you. Read more

This is my lunch spot! I eat it nearly every day and have never once had a negative experience. The food is awesome and... reasonably priced, and the service is top notch. They are friendly, personable, and hard working. It gets very busy at lunchtime but I?ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes on my order. I?ve never once seen any of the staff standing around not doinganything or being rude to anyone even difficult customers. Read more

I had the breakfast platter, which was great. The food was cooked and seasoned well. However, when I asked the guy at the... register if they had gluten free bagels, he kind of grunted yes. I asked again, and he said yeah. When the food came I askedthe cook if it was GF. The response was "No, nothing we sell here is gluten free". No apology, no offer to get somethingdifferent. They didn't get that some people get really sick if they eat it. Hospital sick. It's a big deal. Read more

It?s like New Yorkers style but in Atlanta they have the same attitudes, rude non client friendly , ? we came to place an order... and one of the employees said I never heard of turkey ham because I asked about scrambled eggs with turkey. Slow service justme and more than 15 mins to make scrambled eggs . 8:20 am and the place is empty Sunday here . There?s a reason for that lack ofservice . Read more

My husband and I are in Atlanta for a few days and decided to come here for breakfast. We were both beyond happy with our food.... I would say I had the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The chicken egg and cheese was fabulous. I would definitely comeback. Read more

This place is Hood, I'm surprised that it's located here, it says it's a Ney York Deli but it's not with the food they sell,... there is no New York Deli that sells sandwiches this small with that amount of meat. I purchased a sandwich and it had a lot ofbread and a little bit of meat, I asked for cheese and didn't get it, neither did it have salami as the menu said, I called thestore and spoke to the manager and he said he will give me another sandwich of my choice, so I called the next day, that managerwas not in even though I told him I was coming, so I got a guy on the phone he said he was the manager until I told him aboutthe conversation I had with the other manager, he put me on hold then I got a woman on the phone and she said she was a manager, she agreed to make another, so I changed the sandwich, with the new order they gave me old dried up burnt fries, I will nevershop here again and I won't recommend any here, they are very unprofessional, pictures are attached. Jeremy the owner gave top notch customer service! He accommodated me being a Diabetic with my breakfast! Greek half salad and 3... cheese omelet. It was so yummy! Also I needed a sugar free option for my coffee which he happily got for me! When the food cameit was very fresh and scrumptious. Atmosphere is clean and fun. Read more

Jack's New Yorker Deli is far from a deli of any sorts and a million miles from an NY style deli but then I know that before I... walked in. It takes more than a Ruben on the menu to lay claim to such a prestigious title. What Jack?s can lay claim to beingis a nice sandwich shop that offers up a wide selection of menu items including breakfast. The soup I had was not bad while thegrilled cheese was tasty. Overall you get a decent meal at a fair price. Read more
