The cookies were great! The place was rather dusty! They need to do a better job each day at keeping the location clean inside!... I thought about ordering ice cream but when I saw all the dust on top of the counter.. it made me think of how it doesn't get onthe ice cream! Lol. This is possibly the worst location of this business I have ever used. The workers are lazy and negligent. Seldom do I actually... get what I order for delivery, IF I get it at all. They just send whatever they want or will strategically wait until rightbefore close to tell you that your cookies have arrived despite having ordered 2.5 hours prior. Then come to find out there areno cookies at your house once you go outside. But not until it's too late to do anything about it. I even called customerservice and the employees were dodging the woman's calls. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would. Neverordering from this one again. Maybe the one on Edgewood will be better. Read more

Really tasty vegan cookies, especially the double chocolate chip flavor. The chocolate chip is also good but I wasn?t a fan of... the birthday cake flavor. The cookies will generally be okay. But they will take long long LONG time to be delivered most nights. The selection is usually... slim compared to most Insomnias which have special cookies. This feels like a location as an after-thought. Read more
I'm 3 mins away with traffic from the store and can't leave where I am. I ordered before 8pm and it's now over an hour and a... half that I've been waiting. Got a test message 20 minutes ago that it was on its way and after speaking to the store they saidthe driver went to the furthest location first. The customer service exceeded my expectations. Great cookies, vegan and gluten free options available and the inside is very... clean. Also, they stay open really late. I would recommend and will be returning. Read more
Chocolate chip has always been my favorite cookie BUT the Salted Caramel from Insomnia is on a whole other level.
