Great place, stopped by while waiting on an appointment. Service is excellent even when busy.
I didn't have a great experience! I ordered their Split decision breakfast. Service was slow, servers worked the tables, cash... register and everything else. Asking for an item took several minutes...food was cold before I could get my syrup for mypancakes which tasted like a dough of flower! I ended up taking half my food home ???? and I will not be going back. I didn'tlike the food and ...oh, watch out for the orange juice at almost $3 or more. Was feeling a bit down that day and stopped at IHOP for some comfort food .... they DID NOT disappoint! Loved it!
Bad service and the food was cold. I understand they were short staffed but why keep seating folks if you do not have the time... to service them in a timely manner. My husband made a comment that we didn't think we would get served and the waitress gotoffended. When The food did come out it was missing a side of bacon. That had to be made so Apparently she didnt order itoriginally... she brought his coffee but it took a while before I received my water. Just not a good experience for me. Read more
I went late at night for a to go order that I had called in. Well I tried to call it in but they told me I needed to come Come... in to place my order. The girl who took my order was not very friendly she didn't even greet me and stared at her phone whilesimultaneously trying to put my order in the computer. I sat inside waiting for my order to be done and saw it ready at thewindow and all bagged up for about 5 minutes before somebody came to get it and give it to me. The man who had given it to mewas very sweet very sweet he had soft mannerisms. But his customer service alone made up for the lack of customer service Ireceived in the beginning. Came here for a business breakfast with a partner of mine and I was not disappointed. I was greeted and seated promptly. Got my... drink and order taken promptly as well. I ordered the Sirloin Tips with onions and Pancakes with orange juice. Food was greatand so was my server. The gentleman did a fine job. Read more
My wife and I stopped in around 5 in the morning after trying a terrible IHOP 15 minutes closer to the city. Night and day. The... staff, especially the host, was fabulous. Coffee was on the table immediately, and he helped us finesse our order to get justwhat we wanted. Everything arrived hot and we had a great meal. I should add, the restaurant was completely decked out forChristmas and I think our host had a hand in that too. It was delightful. We left and they gave us a nice little thank you sendoff.
