After 2:00pm you have to wait in line for your food before you sit down. I wish we knew that before we sat down ????. Service... was quick after figuring out how to order the food. The food was tasty. Kinda wish I knew the ingredients in the country gravy.Would not stop here if running late for your plane. Read more
Asked the server to clean our table since all the tables where dirty and the one we chose had the least amount of stuff on it... and it looked like they had already started to clean it and removed almost all the dishes but a spoon and the waitress gave me aattitude and continued to clean a completely empty table when no other customers where looking for a seat. Ten minutes went byand the waitress came by us and cleaned every empty table but ours and completely looking at me and ignoring us. Then I askedher again and she was pretty rude came and cleaned the table making sure she was throwing everything from on the table onto ourlaps and continued wiping walls as to get on our nerves. I got my food and it did not have cheese on my hash brown as I orderedand paid for. I took it back and told them it didn't have cheese and they took it back and watched the cook throw a slice ofAmerican cheese on it after the cashier said remake please and threw it all in the microwave over cooking my eggs. I recommendeveryone who visits this airport in Atlanta GA and completely avoid this place during night shift. Everyone is rude and theserver apologized extremely sarcastically and even handed me my remake to me as if I was a king demanding from a servant. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. I love their variety of syrup for pancakes. They had blueberry,... strawberry, butter pecan and old fashioned syrup on each table(allowing you to try all or just use your favourite). I didn?tthink I would have time to stop in but I received my food in less than 10 minutes and was delighted by the fresh, deliciouspancakes at a great price. Worst experience I have ever had at an IHOP location. Any positive reviews on here either must be bribes or fake. First three... items we tried ordering we're either not available or no longer on the menu. French toast not on the menu? Are you kidding me?Oh and they were "out of coffee". It was at this point that the lady behind the counter became extremely combative and rude,customer service completely going out the window. We went to sit down and were told that the only seating area available wasclosed. We were told that by worker who is sitting in that area on her break, who mumbled something about different shifts.Every worker in this location is a lazy rude individual who is unable to even perform basic tasks. On top of it all, the guy incharge was a temporary manager from that completely different restaurant. He was professional, but not even had IHOP logos onhis uniform. At 10:30pm on a Saturday, this was one of the only restaurants open at Atlanta Airport, so I was very thankful to get anything.... There was maybe only one other patron at the restaurant and my bacon cheeseburger was amazing Read more
Stuck overnight from weather and went to this place the next morning. When I ordered my ham and cheese omelet the egg was hot... but the cheese was not melted. Then they forgot my hash browns, when they finally brought them they were cold. Lastly, gettingrefills on coffee was very difficult. The place was not busy at all, this has terrible service. The omelet did hit the spot whenI doused tobacco sauce on it. Pancakes were cold also. I would eat here again, but next time I WILL COMPLAIN. Be for warned.Thanks for reading. Read more
I don't normally eat at IHOP, but I had time too spare and was looking for some breakfast on my way out of state. This IHOP was... fast and efficient. The servers we're Very knowledgeable/helpful, so I was in and out. I got the shredded steak w/shredded hashbrowns, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito, lite on the egg and cheese. Muah!???? Perfecto! ???????? It have the right amount ofsoftness and crisp, in all the right places. I think I'm addicted! Now, when I have time to stop, this is the ONLY restaurant Istop at in the airport!
