Decided to stop by there this morning hoping to find a new spot to grab coffee in the mornings before work outside of my usual... starbucks routine. As I walked up I noticed a woman lock the door while handing a white box over to another women who Iinitially assumed worked there. I waited for a few moments thinking that maybe she'd open the door or even tell me that she'dallow me in shortly (with it being about 4 minutes before 9AM, it was safe to assume that I'd have to wait until exactly thattime). The two women just looked at me without any words outside of the conversation they were having amongst themselves. As Iturned away to walk to my car, the women quickly allowed the other women (who I realized is wearing scrubs and is a customer notan employee as I initially thought). The other women closes the door while looking at me so I turn back around and start backtowards my car. Once I'm inside I notice the woman open the door for a gentleman walking up. Being the only black individual inthis space, I believe that it goes without saying that I wasn't welcome because of the color of my skin. Read more
I?ve grown up eating at Henri?s and it is 100% the best bakery I?ve been to in my life. I?ll stop by all the time and grab a... sandwich (either made in front of me or already prepared from the fridge), and I?m never disappointed!! And they have the BESTdesserts you will ever have. I always go for the Double Doozie cookie and a shortbread but I?ve had most of the desserts andthey?re all really good! Also, my friends and I get cakes from Henri?s for celebrations and people are always asking where wegot the cakes so they can get more later!! The five stars are for their chicken pot pie. I was never a fan of that dish until now. The crust is amazing - flaky and yummy -... and the filling is full of flavor. Not watery and runny like most of chicken pot pies I had tasted, but filled with deliciousveggies and big chunks of tender chicken breast. I?ll be going back just to buy it again. Also, eclair was to die for, but Iwasn?t a fan of the napoleon. Read more
Really disappointed. We saw it advertised on Atlanta Eats and they said it was great so we thought we'd treat ourselves to a... nice lunch. I had the worst Reuben sandwich I've ever had. It was grocery store lunch meat on two skinny soggy pieces of ryebread....very little cheese or dressing. And it's not inexpensive. A very basic lunch for two will run you forty dollars. Onthe other hand, the desserts were excellent. We won't be going back. Shame on you Atlanta Eats.... Read more

I wandered into this bakery on my way to pick up a smoothie thinking how my daughter might love a treat, being that she was... admitted into Children's Hospital earlier in the week. They were busy, but a gentleman behind the counter recognized that I wasinterested and asked me how he could help me. I figured out my order and then began to proceed. Everything was tempting.However I decided to go with my daughters favorites. Red Velvet Cupcake and a single serving of Cheesecake. They were out inindividual packaging, and then in a paper bag and handed to me. Check out was easy. The person at the register seemed to behappy. He was polite and smiling. The bakery was clean and organized and the dessert was delicious as well as a nicesurprise. If ever I return to this part of Georgia I will find this bakery again.
