I first came to henri?s about 10-12 years ago, brought my friend here today to celebrate his birthday. Cold Reuben, stale... canoli, meh chocolate bomb, okay shortbread. I don?t remember it being this mediocre. I think this is fine if you work in thearea and need decent food at a reasonable price, but i wouldn?t suggest for a birthday. Overall impression is bleh. Henri?s is not only delicious but their customer service goes above and beyond! I was so thankful for them saving the day for a... baby shower I was cohosting. I had ordered petit fours for a Saturday pickup, knowing they were closed on Sunday which was theday of the shower, and completely forgot to pick up. I knew it was a long shot but tried emailing them later Saturday night tosee if there was anyway I could still get them. I received a phone call back that next morning And they offered to meet me atthe Marietta Market location (where I had ordered from) to get them to me. Michael met me there and was super kind about my messup. This made the shower that much better and of course every petit four was gone by the end of the shower bc they are the BEST!Stephen even called me the next Monday to check and see if everything worked out! They are so kind and thoughtful! I knowthere?s plenty of bakeries to order from but you cannot beat their top notch customer service on top the deliciousness ofeverything they have on the menu! The Young African American male working the cashier is EXCELLENT! This young man remained composed and PROFESSIONAL while... dealing with a condescending co-worker (Latina) who was treating him like a child. This type of behavior is offensive and amicroaggressioon which makes everyone uncomfortable!!! I hope he stays encouraged despite working under these conditions! I?mcertain it?s challenging. Henri?s has been on my ?want to try? list for awhile. And after my first visit, my only disappointment was that I didn?t come... here sooner. Now being totally honest, this isn?t the best deli I?ve ever been to. Their sandwiches are good, but they could toup their game a bit with a few more options and sides. That said, the food and baked goods are enjoyable, and everything elseabout this place is so solid that most people will. One away happy. The venue is clean and pleasant. The staff are friendly andattentive. There?s indoor and plenty of outdoor seating (be sure to look in the breezeway and the back), and the ambiance isperfect. Henri?s is also well trafficked an d great for people watching. Parking can be a small challenge but it?s manageable.You can?t do much better for an enjoyable lunch spot on a nice afternoon. An Atlanta staple that I?ve always loved. Their turkey sandwiches have always been my favorite. But recently they?ve been below... standard. Not sure why. Seems like they?ve been prepared too quickly and the attention to detail that they used to have is gone.Too little mayo, I think. Dot cookies and petite fours are to die for. Read more
This is one of the few and best local bakeries around Buckhead. If you're hoping to avoid the big chains and want quality stuff... at a reasonable price, this is a good option. They have outdoor seating, indoor seating, pastries, sandwiches, coffee. The staffis super friendly. My only nitpick is that the place looks a little cluttered and at lunch time there's always a really longline. So not a great option if you're in a hurry. Read more

Everything is great here, sandwiches, soup, salads, coffee, DESSERTS. And just when I thought I'd tried them all there were new... desserts in the case. Everyone is very nice and can even give you recommendations if you are getting goodies for someoneelse. Parking can be difficult, so give yourself extra time to find a spot. Read more
