Well, well, well this takes vegan raw food to another level so I have never had a raw vegan pizza before and I regret not trying... this before. Outstanding! A little hole in the wall spot that can put some fancier restaurants to shame! I was kindly greeted upon entry and... asked if it was my first time there. After responding yes, Willy Charles showed me everything (literally) that was available andthen had me try about six or seven samples! I went with the curry ungoat, collard greens, rice and plantains. It was absolutelydelicious and fresh. The great thing about the food was that unlike many places who add salt to the food to make it taste likeeverything else, they did not do that which allows you to taste the real flavor of the food. This is truly a gem of a place. They have setup buffet like counters with various dishes on display, and we can either dine in... or get a box to go. Their caramelized plantains are just too good. And their curries, vegetable dishes everything was sotasty. We visited twice, first time we dined in - they have a very homely ambiance. Another time we got to-go boxes and ate inthe flight. The collard greens are delicious tender and mildly seasoned, the sweet potato cornbread is moist and rich. Didn't really care... for the mac and cheese.. It was kind of soupy and not goey or stretchy and a little heavy on the turmeric. The curry goat wastasty but just OK it gave more of a curry chickn vibe to me.
