You have to catch them on a good day. I went last night 10/22 to the drive thru. I noticed the #5 Big Cheeseburger combo was... listed with two different prices on the two different menu screens at the speaker. One said $5, and one said $6. She held me tothe higher price. At the window, I was told to pull up and wait for someone to bring my food out. I assumed it was because itwas being made fresh. The man that brought my food says "$6 meal" and passed me the bag, which I open.. but it's cold.. thefries and the burger. I'm not sure if the coupons they put in the bag was petty or good customer service, but I'll take it inthis recession climate. I guess only go here during the day.. Read more
Ordered a new double cheeseburger, something say check it before I leave. One small patty, went back in and showed them they say... the doubles are sliders and we put it on a regular bun, what you want another patty? I was in disbelief. We used Google maps to find the nearest Hardess while visiting family in ATL. We drove there 9.8 miles to order what we always... order at home in AL. The workers at the drive through was the most courteous and was complimented. We returned 9 to 10 milesback to our hotel. Sat down to eat noticing the differences in appearance; biscuit, chicken, potato tots, as grease had madeit's way through and outside bag. Our disappointment came when touching the greasy wrapper then uncovering a greasy almost flatbiscuit, tots were too greasy to eat with apparent grease seeping through all containers. The oil needed changing at 7:45 inthe morning which is when we made it to the drive thru. The apple pie was good but again the food was not probably drained. I'mqualified to make these remarks because I retired from the Restaurant business, and I am a very good biscuit maker. I will nevertravel so far to get breakfast from you again! Read more
I've been passing by this Hardee's for years. I just happened to stop in today because I happened to be on that side of the... street. Although I had to wait for my meal, I gotta say that not only was the combo good the sandwich was picture perfect. Likewhat you see in the pictures (or commercials) is exactly what I got. That alone was worth a review. Read more
I ordered the Monster Burger combo. She asked me to pull over into parking spot, got food in less than 5 minutes which was... amazing. However, the fries were hard like they cooked them twice?went back through drive through and got fresh fries. I gothome the burger was not what I ordered ? I called to the restaurant 4 times straight, no one answered the phone. They close at10 and I was calling before 8:00?I didn?t have a ride to go back or I would have ? such a disappointment ???? I tried ordering a steak egg and cheese but they have taken it off there menu. I was so upset I didn't order anything. I have... loved Hardee's for years, that was my very first job. And I always came back for there steak egg and cheese. Mushroom and swissand chill dogs with extra onions. Now what am I supposed to do. Read more
Oftentimes you have a taste for a salty, crunchy, piece of processed country fried steak. When that time arises nothing will... satisfy your hunger quicker than Hardee's. This morning's meal satisfied my need for a sodium rush. Krispy, krunchy salty hashbrowns, thick pale sausage gravy, soft fluffy eggs, a round biscuit a little too brown for my liking and that country friedmeaty goodness. It was such a delight going down but alass now I need to go and drown the sodium with a gallon of water. If there was such a thing as no stars they would earn it. JUSTIN is unprofessional and sorry. This establishment serves cold and... burned food with a big helping of nasty attitude. I grew up in the neighborhood and I have supported this restaurant for over 30yrs. I want this restaurant to provide excellent service because we deserve it.
