Service was good, the waiter was very nice. A lot of people were coming in to sit outside. I love to eat inside, the table I had... to keep my foot on the base so it wouldn't rock, and the place is kind of dated and the wall just looks bad. Every time I visit this pizza place I fall more and more in love. I love everything about it especially the decor, it reminds me... of a little spot in Italy. There is ample amount of seating and you?re not on top of each other. The pizza has a deliciousauthentic flavor, I ordered by the slice. In all I had two slices of pepperoni, mushrooms, spinach and feta cheese on my pizza,all those flavors together were perfect. There?s a full bar also for the spirit lovers. We came here after work to grab take-out for the family?s dinner. We knew what we wanted, we asked a free questions, easy peasy.... Placed our order. One girl was new, seemingly being trained (and being told to do everything). The other girl took our orderand rang us up (and was telling the ?girl in training? what to do while she just stood behind the counter). One guy was watchingJeopardy?Anywho, we?re sitting there waiting on our order, and the girl behind the counter asks if we?d like something to drinkwhile we?re waiting. I was like, ?sure?. She gets us two ice teas and then adds $4 to our tab. Huh? You ask us if we?d like tohave something to drink while we wait and then you charge us for the drinks? I thought she was being nice. Nah. I?m very disappointed at this I know we came at 9:15 right b4 closing but don?t take my money and serve me hard burnt pizza I... really did try and eat it but I wasted over 20$ of my money unacceptable. Great little shop for delicious food. We got a little bit of everything with calzones, pizza, salad, and pasta. All of it was... delicious and we would definitely recommend this place. This is some of the better, lesser-known pizza in Atlanta. It's cool-fired which is always a plus for me but the hand tossed... crust is a successful balance between thin and thick crust is what really gets me. The sauce doesn't overpower things along theway and the toppings all fit together well. I love either of the locations for Grant Central. Read more
