Facility works for group events but is struggling like everyone else with staff. The real disappointment is with the menu. It?s... ok to serve bar food but something needs to be good and a sampling of a half dozen items found nothing I would order again. Newstaff didn?t know menu which made drink orders tough as well. Took my family here Saturday night a few hours before the Braves game. From the time we walked in to the time we left we were... treated like family and everybody had a great attitude. The Beers were cold and the food was fantastic! The manager that nightwas very busy, but came by two or three times during our meal to make sure we were having the best experience! His leadershipwas driving the team and you could see it! I have been in the restaurant business, but these days it's hard to find people thatactually care about the service side of the business! This place has terrible service! Young ignorant waitress couldn't even split up our check and told her she couldn't do it... because we had a party of eight. She was extremely rude and couldn't even refill my drink. The appetizer was terrible and smallbut most of all the waitress was rude and disrespectful! People just don't want to work for their tip anymore probably didn'twant to split up the check so they could add 25% gratuity for bad service so we just walked out. Don't come to this place theservice is terrible in the food is not good as well. The manager just responded to this review and it's obvious he's uneducatedand does not care about the customers. We paid our check and left after the 25% gratuity that you added. Your food is not anygood, the customer service is terrible and by your response, I can tell you're a ignorant manager that knows nothing aboutcustomer service and I wouldn't recommend any one going to your restaurant for your overpriced, terrible flavored food withterrible customer service and then adding 25% gratuity. I am happy our party left. We are no thieves your restaurant is byovercharging people and adding gratuity automatically.
