I used to really enjoy this location and the location on Roswell Road, but take-out orders have become ridiculously expensive. A... takeout bowl (more like a cup) of matzoh ball soup cost me over $8.00. I love their bagels, too, but at nearly $10 per 1/2 dozen(again, takeout) they're ridiculously expensive. I can get a dozen from Costco for somewhere around $6. They're not as good andnot as diverse as those at Goldberg's, but they're much more affordable. Food is excellent. No doubt about that. But every time I place an order here online or for some sort of plan ahead event,... there?s a problem. I wish they would better train their staff to handle this behind the scenes work. The staff is never overlyfriendly, but they?re usually efficient. Excellent surprise. My plans were to dine elsewhere. Goldberg's is in the same parking lot. My friend and I were expecting... bagels and coffee. The menu was beyond our expectations. Very authentic Jewish Deli. I had the Reuben sandwich and it didn't disappoint. I want to try the chicken pot pie bites but they... were sold out. Next in my list 8s the chicken noodle soup. I visited early on a Sunday morning and there weren't many people in yet. I had a super simple order, plain bagel toasted with... butter. It took an unusually long time to get the order. That was the down side of the visit. The bagel was tasty fresh and notlike a lot of the others in town. The service was good, the employee's pleasant, and the prices reasonable.
