Idk thought the place was great but i went in today and was told i hadnt paid for a previous meal? Didnt seem right to me.... Checked my account later and i was infact charged that day. 12.42$ 5$ less then the 17$ total they showed me today. So idk ifthere was a price mismatch, or someone looked over something or what. My husband and I both agree that this was the most disappointing poke we've had. The salmon was fishy. If you're ordering a... larger size, there's no way at the touch screen ordering to get double protein. You get to choose 4 toppings, but you can'tchoose more, not even an option to pay for more. The touch screen ordering won't allow you to go forward without choosing 2different sauces whether you want them or not. It is also not a great value for the price. Lunch was pretty average here and I have no complaints about the food, it was just about what I expected for a fast food joint.... But what I don't appreciate is the staff physically shoving me out of the restaurant and threatening physical harm when I wentin to ask for a free smoothie. Which was being advertised on a massive banner (photo included). I only noticed the offer after Ifinished my lunch, while sitting at a tablet on the sidewalk underneath the giant banner. The sign specified in small font thatthere was and $15 minimum purchase but nothing else. After spending close to $40 including a 20% tip, I decided to give it a tryand get a taste of the smoothie. First the male employee said that the offer is only available with a sushi order but heoviously knew I ordered the bento box. Then I insisted on the fact that their sign didn't mention that, so that's when the guylost it. I obviously didn't need this headache nor the smoothie, so I hightailed it out of there. I don't really like writingbad reviews but in this case it is well deserved. There is just no need for this kind of behavior. The owners here need to workon their business ethics and start hiring employees that will at least treat their customers like normal human beings. Read more
False advertisement! They have a sign that says free smoothie with $15 purchase and have a list with smoothies but after you pay... they only let you get certain smoothies and then they refuse to honor advertisement. They argued with us and told us to buy anew sign for them then. Worst customer service ever! Stay away. Read more
Excellently cooked chicken on the chicken poke box. It was over fried rice and vegetables. The fried side vegetables were too... greasy though. The coconut soup was great. I had it with tofu. The salad sauce was really good. Read more
