The food was delicious! Terry at the counter was also amazing. I told her I had never been there. She explained how I got my... own drink, the sat with my number. She said "and then when it's ready, we will bring it to you. When you're done, you just leaveyour plate and such there and we clean it up." TOTALL set the expectations and experience! This place to my go to lunch spot as I work around the area and it is very convenient to get to from where I am. The staff is... always so nice and welcoming, whether I am calling in or placing an order inside of the restaurant. The food is always fresh andamazingly good. Once, I showed up a little after the time my order was ready and they offered to re-cook the dish for me just toensure its freshness...totally my fault of course as I couldn't get away in time from work, but they still wanted to ensurequality service regardless of that. The food was great! So many choices and reasonable.
Fresh food made to order like the name indicates. My salmon was chargrilled. The price was excellent for the quality of food.... When we walked in we were given a menu to look over then you go up to the cashier to order. Next we were given a number to puton our table and our food was delivered to our table. For the most part, their food is good. Today their customer service was pathetic. I place an order for Coconut Chicken with... Rice online and paid for it. I received an email stating the order was confirmed. After a 30 min wait, I went to pick it uponly to be told they were out of coconut sauce. You have to create a profile for online orders which include your phone number.I asked why I didn't get a phone call only to be asked what else I would like. So I told them and had to wait for another 15mins. The person who was running food walked around the restaurant with a bag. He asked me what I ordered and I told him. Hewalked away the went to the manager and the manager pointed at me. The guys was confused because the print out still saidCoconut Chicken. NO ONE apologized nor did they offer to comp the meal or throw in a freebie for inconvenience. If they wouldlike to apologize to me and comp my meal, look through your online orders and remove the charge. Read more
First time I ever ate at f2o. Service was quick, took about 10 minutes to prepare and serve food. I was feeling adventurous and... ate the Tuna Burger. It was pretty good; tasted great at first and became a little bit fishy halfway. I drank the pink lookinglemonade. Awesome. I'll go back and try more entrees. Read more
