On September 24, 2022, I had lunch at Fresh to Order at the Atlanta airport and when placing my order the machine generated an... error and the Fresh to Order staff asked me to redo the transaction but it generated an error again, generating two charges tomy card, so they took my order at the checkout and I paid in cash, the fresh to order staff told me that the two transactionswould be reversed to my card, but today when I check my credit card movements, I see that The transactions that the machinegenerated an error were charged each for USD $54.96 for a total of USD $115.92. Had the Southwest egg plate which was on the smaller size but super tasty with fresh items and truly just enough food. The... outstanding part is the gentleman who orchestrates the food lines, issues, delivering food, water and always checking in to seeif everything is okay. He is a lovely soul who radiants positivity and kindness, makes contact with everyone and does not stopmoving. He just made my morning!! Read more
They were out of salads, I couldn?t find anything easily vegan here so got a tomato mozzarella panini. All the pre prepared grab... and go options were only chicken options. Not cool Pretty decent but also kinda small and expensive ha Also they take a fairwhile to prepare the food. And it?s random, people after me got their orders first. Spent a long time waiting. Great experience at the Fresh to Order. The service. and food were excellent. I had the Salmon platter. It was ready real... quick. A big piece of Salmon, on a bed of lettuce covered with a sweet teriaci with a side of dirty rice. I was surprised theSalmon was a large portion. Coming from an airport with amazing food (AUS), this food is absolutely repulsive. The eggs were unrecognizable, a roasted salsa... is basically corn, and what are these ?hash browns,? are those supposed to be the chips!? The food was tasty and the woman in front handing out orders was wonderfully kind and helpful. However, the wait was about 25... minutes for my sandwich, which was then smaller than I expected for the price. In an airport I assume a certain level ofefficiency and this place did not come close to that. Maybe it's cultural because I'm from New York, but the wait was veryexcessive.
