Took 40+ minutes for my order. Food was just ok. Had about five employees working and they all looked as if they were just... hanging out and not happy to be there. Asked the lady that took my order how long it would take and she said about 15 minutes.Took a call, came back, inquired and was told that my meal takes awhile. Definitely was confused because it was a salad andsteak. It was only ok. Won?t be ordering that again and definitely not to go. That long is just ridiculous. Read more
Placed online order and didn?t receive what I ordered. Ordered a salmon panini and received what appears to be chicken.... Attempted to call but no answer tried several times to no avail. If I could have taken it back I would have ????. Read more
To all, I am sharing my secret with you... fresh to order checked all my boxes, food was great, moderately priced, courteous... staff And they even have outdoor seating. YES I will be back with all my friends! Psst... clean restaurant usually means cleanbathrooms and the restaurant was spotless! Thank you for a great experience! Read more
My last 3 visits had completely turned me off at this location. Staff is rude and continuously on the phone while customers are... waiting to be helped. Twice I've waited 40 min for 1 salad and my order still wasn't prepared correctly. Today was the laststraw! My chicken was undercooked and the breading was falling off and mushy. Biting into a tomato that still has the hard area(vine) is disgusting. The table next to the register has been dirty for 3 weeks (sticky). Even though this location is closer,I'll just drive the 5 miles to East Cobb for my salad cravings! Update 7/30/22 I was hesitant to return but this visit was muchbetter. I love Fresh to Order, and this location especially. All of my experiences have been superb, with the exception of last night. I... understand it was close to closing time and so the kitchen was getting ready to shut down, as I showed up at about 8:40pm toplace a to-go order. I ordered an extra side of grilled veggies, which consisted of a slice of zucchini, a slice of red pepper,a small slice of mushroom, and corn on the cob. I can?t justify charging someone $4.50 for this. It?s not a huge deal but Iwould have preferred they just tell me they didn?t have anymore veggies or I would have even been okay with them saying theyjust straight up didn?t feel like making them. I love their salads. And the tomato soup. And is served with a hot delicious croissant. The Asian salad is my favorite. Great... service. And affordable. Also, even though they were short staffed. Visited Sunday, July 11, 2021 @ around 5pm. The lady ringing up my order walked away to do other things while I was ordering my... food. She eventually came back and another Employee began to open a register and she began to argue with her saying "don't openanother register." My order was completed by another employee. My order came out wrong, the dining room was dark, the bathroomwas filthy, gnats were swarming at my table.l, floor was dirty...It breaks my heart to leave this restaurant a bad review.
