It was worth it to pay 5 bucks for a milkshake! I tried the salted caramel it was really good. The only thing I didn't like is... the cashier didn't great us as well as we were asked are we paying cash or card and then proceeds to say we only taking cashrather then just say from the beginning we are only accepting cash! Gave them 2 stars only because the burgers are decent. Service on the hand is horrible. Just don?t do it. Go somewhere... else. Update: after waiting 30 minutes, we found out that our food had been sitting behind the counter for 20 or so minutes bcthey didn?t call our number. Thankfully, the refund process was efficient. I was there for a Door Dash pickup I believe on a Friday evening! They were pretty busy for sure as expected, but the team that... was on shift that night was definitely a team that worked together well. They were efficient and when one station needed a quickhand someone was right there to lend that hand. Good work you guys! Read more
Store normal closing time was 10pm. Upon arrival after 15 min driv,e sign on door stated closing at 8:30pm that particular... day. No problem, it?s 8:25pm - time for a quick to go order. I ordered online. The app said the food would be ready at 6:30 and I got there at 6:35. I walked up to see if it was ready and... got ignored for 10 minutes. I could see that the burgers were ready at 6:45 or so and sat in the bag for 10 minutes while otherorders were finished. I got out with my food at 6:55. The buns were soggy from sitting so long. The customer service here was terrible today! The staff was loudly talking and joking with each other from the time I arrived... at @ 5:45 PM until it started to get busy about 30 minutes later. Where was the manager? I had to get the French fries redonewhich was unusual because the fries are usually great. When I asked for a fresh order the staff member seemed as if he wasirritated that I was bothering him with my request. He seemed much more interested in his joking with staff members than intalking with me. This restaurant has excellent food but there?s no excuse for a manager allowing that loud and disrespectfulbehavior if there?s even one customer in the place. I won?t be back. Read more
National chain of burger joints. Unlike say Shake Shack of In-and-out, there is really no regional dispute over this one. The... burgers themselves are pretty plain, which is good because all toppings are free. A small burger comes with 1 patty while aregular comes with 2. There is only 1 cheese option. I love when they have the Coke freestyle machine and I?m glad they broughtback peanuts (in many locations). They do delivery but don't bother, their extra scoop of fries don't hold up well traveling.
