10/21/2022 @ 8:14pm I wanted to place a zero for my review but that wasn't possible. I recently placed an order through DoorDash... and received the wrong order. I reached out to The Five Guys to explain the mistake because I thought that was proper procedureand got a nasty and unprofessional response from the manager on duty. This is the second time this has happened. They need to doa better job at distributing correct orders to delivery drivers. Please check your orders before allowing delivery drivers toleave to insure your order is correct. Due to the time of the order and delivery, I was unable to receive my correct order andeat. I spent $36.00 for 1 single pattie cheeseburger and 1 double cheeseburger with 1 small order of fries with 2 small drinks. I... mean who these guys think they are? Expensive for what? There are plenty of other restaurants for far less around Atlanta whereI can actually sit down and have table side service for this price, unbelievable. And then the girl at the cash register wasjust so bland and just lifeless, no smile no greeting...just nothing at all. Rip off, go to your local burger joint. Read more
This was BY FAR the worst experience I?ve ever had with a 5 guys. My order was complete wrong. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger... the big one with mayo, mustard and onions and got a single small patty, grilled onions and bbq sauce with old, nasty brownlettuce not to mention I never received my lemonade that I ordered. Was just okay compared to most five guys, but was still a lot better than most burger joints around!
They are not accommodating to celiacs disease. I found a roach in the building.
