The food is always good! Like most firehouse locations, it can take a little longer than expected. I would recommend ordering... ahead of time. I would love to see them start adding some more tables/chairs. Sitting by myself at a 4 top always makes me feelbad when groups cannot find seating. Parking is not that bad, if people knew how to exit via Akers Mill. Maybe some directionalsignage would be beneficial! Read more

Since I was in the Cumberland Mall area I decided to stop by this firehouse subs to give them a try. Is Firehouse subs has been... here I want to save for maybe 4 or 5 years if I'm not mistaken, it's a great and nice location sits on top of the hill plusplenty of parking space in the back they even have a patio dying in area as well if you want to sit outside. I will say it wasaround lunch time when I went so the wait time was almost 30 minutes but I believe they had a catering order in front ofeveryone else's order. But other than that I have no other complaints, as always I love Firehouse Subs you can't go wrong!!! Read more
Very very slow service. Sandwich took twenty minutes to come out, and I only ordered the small. By the time my sandwich was... ready I was standing in line ready to get my money back. The sandwich was good. I did notice none of the sandwich prepares hada hair net on. The food score is currently 88. Read more
Poor service. Messed up order, took it back, and never remade it. When I asked for it after 10 mins, they remade it while... complaining (meat and cheese only on white bread). It was still wrong after the remake and they didn?t care. Horrible customerservice. Dirty and bad food. Go somewhere else. Read more
Outstanding customer service This location offers top-notch customer service for making custom sandwiches as needed. I went in... late on a Monday night just before closing and they were happy to accommodate my order. I cannot say enough good things aboutthe staff at this location.
