Today I was pretty surprised, I usually have great food and great service from this location. Today was a different story. I... ordered 2 subs with only 3 customers ahead of me and waited almost 20 minutes for the food. Meanwhile during the wait, thestaff was at each other's throats. Arguing about every little thing. One said he was going to walk out while what I'm guessingwas the manager was disciplining the staff like they were children. (I don't know the situation, it's possible they were beingchildren) The food was fine but I will say I was hesitant to eat it. It was very clear there were people working there that donot care. This place seemed to be a nice location and place to eat with my son that is going to school at Georgia Tech. Well when we got... in parking lot and out of the car, the outside area, like parking lot, and side walks, and door areas to this restaurant lookedlike no one cares what it looks like. Trash every where. I don't think anyone sends people out to sweep up lot or side walks.All the outside trash bins were over flowing as well. Inside we didn't get a greeting and the people working seemed like theydidn't care if we were there or not. We ordered pretty quick and got drinks to wait. We waited over 40 mins for our food. As wewent to ask about our food they said , Oh, we thought that order was a pick up and they placed it in the pick up counter, whereit sat for 20 mins . I am so unhappy with how the crew handled this, even the manager, no We are sorry or hey how about a freedesert for the inconveniences. Or maybe make fresh ones. Seeing our food was now mushy. . No reimbursement for the food. I guessthey didn't really care. We left not happy as this was our last day with our son for school and he wanted us to try this placeand food. Wow I ate here last spring and is was so good. Today food was decent. The crew today was very unfriendly. They tune you out... when speak or thank them although no thanks or you're wellcome in return. My ordering seemed painful to the cashier. Oh well,This ghost will eat somewhere else next time it's in town. I prefer a more positive and pleasant environment. Read more
Was doing grubhub as a driver today. My understanding is that the restaurant supposed to make the drinks for third parties but... they refused to do so. Therefore the customer was left without two drinks. Read more
Good subs. A small filled me up. Tasty sandwiches. Mac n cheese was hot. Fast service
Turkey bacon sub just plain nasty. I asked for caramelized onions. The onions smelled sour. The turkey just soggy and nasty. The... mayo smelled spoiled. The best part was the bread. The lady was taking out the trash a guy was making the sub I guess then Iturn around this lady making my sub who was just handling trash. I spent ,$20 on nothing. Wasted hard earned money.
