Ordering process is frustrating to say the least. And the mandatory service charge? Gtfo. Love the food but they need to hire a... server. We had to go up to the counter multiple times for help and the girl was not very helpful. Sad to see since I love theirfood so much! Read more

Absolutely horrible. I?m shocked at how horrendous this food is. One dish was over $20 on its own and not worth a fraction of... that. Everything was completely inedible. Read more

I first got food here as carry out and missed on the best part of dining in - MARIO! They have a robot to deliver your food to... your table. It's an interesting concept since you order on your phone, so you never interact with the staff. Read more

This used to be my favorite place. Maybe it?s because of the pandemic, but it bothers me that there is a robot serving me. You... are served food in biodegradable dishes. The meatball portions are significantly smaller than they used to be. The monthlyspecials are gone. Some salads are gone and while the food is still slightly delicious, it?s lost its charm. You?re paying forbread to come to your table? my drink was not available and the person working pointed to a fridge and told me to pick any otherbeverage I want. It?s just sad. Read more

The service was fine, the food was fine ? that is not why I?m leaving this review. This review is because they have made... everything ENTIRELY electronic. Now listen, I?m not some boomer or some Karen, I know how to use a phone. But what is thisdigital process??? One, it?s a complete mess; the website is unclear and not user friendly. Two, why??? It is so annoying andinconvenient to have to whip out my debit card and manually insert all of my information just because the restaurant can?t bebothered to hire a waiter. There?s a reason most restaurants have a waitstaff; it?s because people don?t want to do everythingon their own. Eating out is supposed to be less work, not more. Very inconvenient, inefficient, and frustrating. Definitelywon?t be returning to eat in. They might as well become a fast food restaurant. Read more

Figo used to be one of our favorite fast-casual spots. Now, it's a completely different experience. The food quality has... degraded a bit, but the service/experience has completely changed. We went on a Sunday around 12pm. There was 1 employee onsite. Ordering process is through a clunky website pulled up via QR code which doesn't allow customization on orders - I'm techsavvy and it still took 3-4 times longer to order (and I had to get help multiple times). On top of that, there's a $5 servicecharge added to the bill! I hate to say it, but I probably won't be back. Read more

Difficult to order food using their phone menu. If your phone does not have a QR code reader you cannot eat here. My phone does... not have on luckily one of my party members did have a phone with one. Service is very difficult due to their menu and orderingsystem. They serve you in cardboard bowls too. Not a classy joint to take your date Read more

When you arrive you are directed to a table and you have to scan a QR code to order. This is very inconvenient if you are in a... group and have to pass around a phone. This seems much slower than even just ordering at the counter. This alone added over tenminutes to our stay and our wait for food. If you manage to complete your order, it will be brought out by a robot. Food washot, but ravioli was overcooked and fell apart. Think ahead and order bread if you would like any with your meal. I love theFigo in Vinings, but it's listed as temporarily closed. I will not be coming back to this one. Read more
