I first got food here as carry out and missed on the best part of dining in - MARIO! They have a robot to deliver your food to... your table. It's an interesting concept since you order on your phone, so you never interact with the staff. Read more
This used to be my favorite place. Maybe it?s because of the pandemic, but it bothers me that there is a robot serving me. You... are served food in biodegradable dishes. The meatball portions are significantly smaller than they used to be. The monthlyspecials are gone. Some salads are gone and while the food is still slightly delicious, it?s lost its charm. Now listen, I?m not some boomer or some Karen, I know how to use a phone. But what is thisdigital process??? One, it?s a complete mess; the website is unclear and not user friendly. Two, why??? It is so annoying andinconvenient to have to whip out my debit card and manually insert all of my information just because the restaurant can?t bebothered to hire a waiter.
