Bartender (later learned that his name is Aaron after I asked another bartender) threatened me with security and kicking me out... because \"I was looking at him\". This was yesterday, Oct 22; and I am repeating his words verbatim. I was speechless andastounded at the rudeness and level of his immaturity. I was just standing at the bar waiting to order and had been continuouslyignored for quite awhile. Initially, I got a bartenders attention (Aaron) in a very polite manner, and was blown off/ignoredmultiple times. I was not pleased, so I can imagine the expression on my face showed that, as I was being treated withincredibly poor service - this is when he threatened to have me removed \"because I was looking at him\". he then proceeds tohuff and puff while walking into the back room. When he comes back, he ignored me again and served others that had come in wayafter me. Cant say that I have ever experienced this level of rudeness and immaturity. I would be embarrassed if an employeewith this terrible of an attitude towards customers worked for my company; and frankly the level of immaturity is almostconcerning. Iwould want to be aware of this if my team treated a client/customer like this. Thanks. Read more

The staff was not nice here, we felt rushed to order. They don\'t have at-table service so you can only order at the bar and... they are not accommodating to any requests. The food was OK, nothing special. The sunset view was blocked by the building infront. Everything was average. Honestly, the people at the pub next doo seemed to be having a better time. Read more

Counter service on rooftop, was not expecting it but it wasn\'t a disappointment. We got our food right after we sat down. The... views are greatly diminished by the new construction across from the patio, just a big building blocking most of the view. Spent$100 for 2 people with drinks, food was good but overall the experience wasn\'t worth the price. Read more

PSA: THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADD 20% to EVERY charge- BUT DONT show you an itemized receipt and make you automatically promoted to... tip an additional charge of 20% without telling you about the automatic gratuity - so you get to tip 40% gratuity withoutknowing. So many better Mexican places around Atlanta and on the beltline. Average drinks, average queso, go anywhereelse.\n\nIn regards to the reply from the owner below- I know that is not true. I have worked in restaurants and the POS systemwas working fine. We spoke to the manager about this situation while we were there as well. She just replied ?yea well it sayson the menu, we add 20% gratuity automatically. You should?ve read the whole menu?. She was rude, unhelpful, and we will nevercome back to either establishment. We live very close by and spend lots of money and time at restaurants. I have never written areview before and our experience was so negative that it made me write my first one. Read more

The food was ok, but service is terrible. They automatically add 20% to every check, but the payment system still prompts you to... add tip without notifying you tip was already added. I unknowingly added an additional 20% on top of the 20% included, and thebartender made me feel like a complete jerk for trying to get it corrected. Felt like a total scam! Read more

Like this was on the belt line but it?s not big enough. There?s not enough tables with coverage from the sun. We had a waiter... tall slender African American that acted like he hated his job every time you asked him something. He seemed to be younger andannoyed with people requesting service from him. The inside is very cramped and the more people that come the harder it is toget a line formed to order drinks. Tables were not being cleaned off. Menus were sticky when you picked them up?.which wasgross! I ordered guacamole and cheese dip and that was delicious! That is the reason I am giving 3 stars and not two?.I love???? a good guac and cheese dip. If you go try to go at an off time or you won?t get to experience Estrella and take it in. I?msure this is a beautiful place to experience, just not during peak season and peak hours! They were not keeping up with thetraffic nor the cleanliness of the place because it was so crowded. I have been to Estrella a few times prior to this one visit. We had service, and so I was quite surprised when it was actually... counter service only. The person who greeted me didn\'t let me know this, so I was waiting 10 minutes for a server. Would haveenjoyed it more had this been more explicitly communicated!\n\nWe went downstairs to Bazati and the food was just ok. Read more

My friend found a list of rooftop restaurants in Atlanta and this was on there so we decided to give it a try. It was a little... difficult to find but it\'s next door to New Realm Brewery. This restaurant sits above another establishment and is upstairsonly. It\'s not large but they do have indoor and outdoor seating and the outside is really cute. They have umbrellas to helpblock the sun and they even had fans to try to help cool you off.\nThey have a good tequila variety so while I waited for myfriend I ordered the margarita estrella. It was ok, not strong. Then I ordered guacamole and we sat outside when she arrived. You could see ponce city market and downtown.\nThat guacamole was really good and the house made chips made it that much better! We ended up ordering another one and we had their blood orange margarita.\nIf you\'re looking for good food and views I wouldrecommend but the drinks aren\'t much to rave about.
