Great food! Make sure you don't go in too close to closing time. The owner "politely" threw us out today. We were finishing up... our bagel, it was 5 minutes to closing(2:00),and he instructed us that they would be locking the doors promptly at 2 and wewould need to leave before then. Read more
Absolutely delicious! Saw a tik tok about this place so I had to try it when we came to Atlanta this weekend. I ordered the... Tasty Turkey and a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. It was so good! This sandwich had best cream cheese I?ve ever had! Definitelywill come back! P.s. it was super busy and I heard the manager saying there were 2 call outs which can be super stressful so Iapplaud the team for pulling through! Good job y?all and thank you for your service! A tasty morning bagel and beverage, but the substandard process and service was a big turnoff. I placed my order via the app and... was issued an approximate wait time. Upon arrival a gentleman (manager?) was announcing that due to a large Doordash order therewas be a significant extra wait. Some who would normally stand nearby and wait for their name were choosing to find an availabletable. When orders were ready those customers would head to the counter, but that arrangement was not good enough for the team.It was loudly announced, "Please don't make us call twice. Help us out here!" A few who just arrived walked out when thatstarted. Orders placed via the app did not have names called when ready. Those bags are placed on a counter back in thepreparation area and you have to go check for name on the printout. This is not in the general dining area. It's awkward. Iasked if it was possible to get a printed receipt for my travel expense records, and was told No. "The app is your receipt". Thechips that come with lunch items are past their quality date printed on the bag. Perhaps my first visit to this location was afluke, but I don't intend to return, or recommend to others. Read more

We came to the Einstein?s Bagel this morning on 800 Peachtree Street NE in Midtown, Atlanta and had THE BEST experience ever!... The customer service made us feel right at home. The manager and the rest of the staff were so sweet and welcoming. We alsoloved our drinks and bagels!???? Read more
I really want to like this place more than I do. I have great memories of Caribou Coffee but this place does not live up to... those expectations. The drinks never seem to be made quite to standard and the espresso seemed weak and less nuanced thanbefore. I will return on occasion but only if I forget to grab coffee before I am in the area.
