I?m at the Cumberland location and while waiting for my sandwich to be made, I went to go and wash my hands in the bathroom, but... an employee stopped me short telling me that the bathrooms were closed. When I asked why she said because she just cleaned them.Mind you it was only 1:36pm and the store closes at 2pm. So you can take my money before 2pm but I can?t use your bathroom?? SmhDefinitely bad customer service and I won?t be back. Read more

They, close at 2pm. Try to place a pick up order at 1:20 PM but they were not accepting new orders. Drove here to place the... order in person, food came out so fast. Almost impossibly fast. Seemed rushed and it tasted rushed to. Don?t know if I will comeback to this one, and if I do it will be at a different time frame for sure Read more

Einstein Bros. Bagels Popular bagels, breakfast, coffee and pastry store or bakery chain. Located in the corner of Cumberland... Parkway and Paces Ferry in Cobb country right off Exit 18 from I-285. Kind of across from Publix and beside Home depot. Greatlocation, great selection and quick service. Hard working employees. Friendly and polite staff. Plenty of parking. Can get busyduring breakfast and lunch times. Location closes at 2pm. Plan your trip, pick up or delivery accordingly. Read more

Dramatically overpriced for what you get already, and then the need to ask for a tip is ludicrous. At $7 for a mediorce at best... breakfast sandwich, you should be paying your staff enough to not push that cost to your customers. Cold cheese, and sausage ona barely toasted bagel - McDonald's makes you look bad at half the cost. Only stopped in because Chick-fil-A is closed, won'treturn after it reopens. Read more

Always a great option for bagels. This location is behind the Walgreens and a little hard to find. My bagel was made quickly and... I received great service at this location. It was clean and the bathrooms were nice. Read more

First time visitor. I could prepare a ?gourmet bagel? at home that would be more visually appealing and taste 100x better. The... taste? Cold? Cheese not melted. Just seems slapped together. Not what I was expecting for toasted bagels. Looks nothing asdescribed. I?m not even convinced I received what I ordered. As a first time customer; I assumed this wasn?t your typical fastfood spot, since the options seemed fresher/healthier in comparison. But I probably had the wrong expectation. I wouldn?t orderthis again. Read more

I have been a regular customer of this Einstein Bagels location for the past two years, as it is the one most local to me.... Unfortunately, it is the most frustrating Einstein Bagels location I have ever visited. My daughter eats a bagel almost everymorning, so I pick up bagels just about every other week. I generally order a baker?s dozen of plain bagels, sliced. Prettyeasy, right? Not so much. Sometimes I get 12, sometimes 13. Sometimes they?re sliced, sometimes not. Then there?s the guy atthe register who always seems confused. Oh, and heaven help me if I try to order two dozen bagels on a Monday with my appdiscount. Even though he has been there probably close to a year now, he still hasn?t been able to figure this one out! Anotherthing about this location is the inconsistency of the bagels. Sometimes they are big, fluffy, and gorgeous, and other times theyare small, dense and just not all that good. I?m talking a huge difference. When I bring them home I put the bagels into gallonziplock bags. When they are big and fluffy, I can just barely zip the bag with 6 in there. When they are the dense hockey pucksI can easily fit 8 with room to spare. I wish this location would get their act together with their product and get theiremployees trained so they weren?t so confused at the register, and inconsistent in getting the orders correct. I needed to grab a bite to eat before my doctor appointment and decided to stop by here. They were out of the Everything Bagels,... so I ordered the onion bagel. Yes...the onion bagel WITH onion and herb cream. What can I say, I love onions. ???? Anyhoo...theordering process was easy, the staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. And the best part is, my bagel and cream wasonly $2.98. That's a great price for deliciousness. Read more
