Today I went to this location expecting to order as I usually do; instead I was greeted with a ?we?re closed?, despite it being... 1pm exactly. Every location of Einstein Bros closes at 2pm. It was very unprofessional on their part. From what I have read inthe review section, this isn?t brand new news. Either way it should be addressed. I ended up going to another location and theywere open, treated me with great customer service and they gave me a free pastry. Read more
Whomever the baker is needs to be terminated, I purchased three bagels an jalapeno cheddar which I had them to toasted and put... light butter on it it was okay wasn't the best out of five stars I would have given it two, I also purchased to asiago cheesebagels that I only wanted sliced and in a bag that job was great however those two bagels are the ugliest bagels I've ever seenin my life and they were super dark it had maybe 12 little shreds of cheese spread out on the top of the bagel I'm out forcertain if they ran out of cheese however if I was a baker if I can't do it correctly I would have definitely not make them anapologize to the manager, in fact when I leave my job today on 75 I'm going to throw them out for the birds maybe they'll enjoythem, food goes by presentation and then taste however I didn't taste it because the presentation was a minus 3 out of 10, thiswill be my first and last visit to the Einstein Brothers on Howell Mill I normally visit the one in Sandy springs becausethey're bagels look amazing and they taste amazing, Baker if you read this please look at your outside menu and at least makethe bagels 90% of what they look like. Delivers consistent product in line with expectations of a franchise. Not the best bagels but better than other fast food... chains. I frequent this location on a regular basis and my biggest complaint for the Howell Mill location is how chintzy theyare with the shmear. For $1.69, I expect to get more than just a tablespoon or so of cream cheese. It can?t be a big overheadcost for you, so put some more cream cheese on the bagel! The manager there is terrible! I placed an order and the manager took my order through the drive-through and she automatically... upped charge me for a sandwich that I did not ask for. I couldn?t understand why the total was different it just the taxesdidn?t make sense for it to be the suggested amount so I called the store after I figured out that she gave me additional itemson my sandwich that I didn?t ask for. When I called I didn?t know she was a manager and she picked up. I wasn?t even trying toget the girl in trouble I just thought it was important for them to understand that they shouldn?t be up charging customers Forthings that they do not want given the circumstances with the economy right now. She was rude she cut me off several times andshe didn?t listen to anything she just had an attitude. That lady should not be a manager of the store may be a regular employeeand to be honest her conduct is so terrible I wouldn?t even hire as a employee.
