Was told I couldn?t have a drink at the bar because he (the bartender?) wanted to step away. I asked if I could eat at a table... and was grudgingly shown to a table overlooking the concourse, away from everyone. A waiter approached, and I asked him if Imight sit at the bar and he said Of Course. There I was served, again grudgingly, by the bartender who basically told me tohurry up. This kind of treatment for expensive and lackluster food and service. Never again. I used to come to the airportearly in order to eat here. Those days are over. Read more

I had the appetizer salad with salmon. The lettuce was drenched in dressing and most of the leaves were brown. Salmon was... under par. They automatically charge an 18% service charge plus another service fee of an equal amount which the server couldnot or would not explain. She seemed very shady when questioned about this. I paid in cash and had $17.37 coming back to me ofwhich I never received the 37 cents. I felt like I was being blatantly ripped off by the server. This place is not worth theaggravation. I wish I would have gone to the taco fast food place instead. Stay away from this place. Read more

I'm here right now, and I am pretty impressed for a restaurant in the airport. food is pretty good but most importantly the... drink menu! Service and atmosphere are spot on. Only hope my next flight is in the F- gates so I can enjoy again before myoverly crowded and cramped flight back home. Read more

The quality price relation is out any order. Dirty tables, service of 18% mandatory and ugly presentazione of the food too much... potato. Overall a bad experience and disapointed of the reaction when making some remarks to the manager. Really bad. Read more

My boyfriend and I stayed in Atlanta over the weekend for a concert and decided to make a reservation at Ecco to have a nice... night with just the two of us. We made a reservation for 8:15 and we left a voicemail to try and get it pushed back a littlelater, but no one called back. This ended up working out anyways though because the 8:15 ended up working well for us. We got adrink at the bar to wait for our table and the drinks were good but a bit overpriced. The weird part of the night was ourserver. I do not want to name names as I have worked in a restaurant for four years, but I will call him Gerald. Gerald came tothe table to greet us and immediately went over a spiel about everything, and I mean EVERYTHING on the menu. We had not even hada chance to look at anything nor asked for recommendations and he would not let us get a word in for five straight minutes.Finally he leaves and comes back with our drinks after a minute and when we tell him we need a little more time to think aboutour main courses, he tells us (in the nicest way possible) that Ecco is not a normal restaurant and that we needed to make adecision soon as there were other people waiting to eat and such. My boyfriend and I thought this was very rude considering howthis place was on the nicer side. He also seemed a bit upset we did not order the expensive steak and fish he had performed amonologue about before. Gerald did not ruin our night or anything but he did make it off, and would frequently not speak to mebut only to my boyfriend and only take my boyfriends plates. Like I said I work in a restaurant so I get it, but he was probablyon coke. The food was interesting but not worth the price in my opinion. Probably won?t come here again. Read more

Appalling service, only half open. Menu has nothing on it and I?m sick of hearing, yeah well it?s the pandemic. Get over it,... hire quality people and get back your reputation for good food and good service. Right now you have neither, but kept the sameprices. So sad, my daughter and just walked out after a 40min wait to be seated, only to be presented with some cheese and coldmeat. How disappointing. Read more
