Went down to try and get hot chocolate and a donut. They had no donuts, so I tried to get donut holes and my chocolate.... Everything handled through computer, so only after I order both, and seeing every other donut hole be scooped up right in frontof me, recipt in hand, was I told the hot chocolate was out. I asked for a refund, and stood there for 20 minutes, andeventually was just told to come back tomorrow for it. Would not recommend, especially as a semi-broke college student Read more

the food is good for what you order but the people working there seem to be unorganized and take a while to get any food out
Great spot for breakfast and decent service, just wish they would open ON TIME! Recently, I've had to go elsewhere because this... location has been opening over an hour late on random days of the week. Mind you, I usually get there close to an hour afterthey're supposed to be open. If your hours have changed, fine. But at least tell customers what's going on instead of silentlyeyeing them through the windows as they wait outside confused and annoyed. Read more

One of the best places to get a coffee, one of the worst to get donuts. Here's the thing: the same person that works the... register, boxes the donuts. Which is fine, but they're more worried about pushing customers through the line than they aregetting them out the door. The worst part is that I don't even think the issue is with the employees, I think this only happensbecause management there runs skeleton crews from open to close. But when that happens, you get people like me who wait farlonger than you would if you just did one order at a time. I'd rather wait an extra minute in line to save myself the hassle ofmy frozen beverage melting before I get my food. If there were any other place within a reasonable walking distance from me toget a similar product, like a Starbucks, I'd go in a heartbeat. But for now I just have to deal with it. Read more
I came in today and it was busy! I worked in food service specifically with drinks so I know it?s hard. I ordered a peppermint... mocha and I felt bad because I asked for the worker to put cream in it. When she made it it was definitely the best drink I?veordered from this location!
