If you need a job don't apply to this one, I don't know if they do stuff different cause its a franchise, but they're the only... company that don't give 40 hours. So I applied and went to the interview the GM said it was $12/hr and paid weekly. At the endof the interview he said you'll just get your $600/700 check at the end of the week like everyone else. The only way to get600/700 is woorking atleast 40 hours a week. I started and by the third day I commented that I was going to look for another job4pm to 9pm, he said well we need people you can work a double shift. I was like okay, then he said he wasn't going to need mefor friday or saturday. He sent me the schedule and I realized it was the same amount of 24 hours as last week with a scheduleof 2pm to 10pm. When I asked him where are the 40 hours he called to tell me it was common knowledge that as soon as I started ajob I wasn't going to get the 40 hours. He said I had to prove to him first, after the other manager told me I was good in thedrive thru just needed to learn the menu and how to make coffee. I hung up on him and decided to quit because I'm not going toworking for a company that lies to their employers and other companies are giving 40 hours. The absolute worst Duncan I've ever been to. You order coffee you'll get a cappuccino, you order it hot you'll get it iced. Not... to mention that it took us 17 minutes to get through a drive-thru. Save yourself the trouble and drive right past, you'll getthe coffee you want at a gas station. There if you want it hot you can get it hot if you want it cold you can get a cold. Read more
I placed an order online and went to go pick it up and it was clear that they were busy. The thing is, everyone working kept... their cool, focused and their task and communicated with the customers which is absolutely vital. Especially Dion. He let eachperson know that he knew the status of their order and would get ot to them once complete. Great staff over there! Read more
This location takes forever , I?ve placed multiple mobile orders in advance hoping to avoid their tardiness only for them to not... even know that a mobile order was placed, take 40+ min for a refresher and a sandwich. The only time this location was great wasin the summer time, the Hispanic girlies with the amazing nails had this place running 10/10 ( I MISS YALL) , they we?re alwaysSO so nice. After they left it went down hill. I ordered a regular sweetened caramel macchiato with 2 shots of blueberry but dude did what he wanted to do with the drink. He... made an unsweetened caramel macchiato that didn't have caramel in it at all! Smh! Apparently if you )))add((( a couple ofblueberry shots, it most definitely will NOT have the caramel in it or be sweet! ???????????????????? I live nearby and have come to this location frequently, every time I have walked in or gone through the drive-through the... experience has been awful. Called food, 20 minute wait, new people every other day, and it seems like nobody knows what they?redoing. With prices increasing, I would expect a lot better from one of the largest providers of donuts and breakfast. Read more
I've placed two mobile orders recently and they were out of cold brew coffee and I was just given regular coffee. They asked me... to contact customer support about this. I've since contacted customer support twice. Once I was just completely ignored. Second,they asked for a receipt from my mobile order and I provided that as well to only be ignored.
