The woman employee is on her personal phone yelling at someone. I?m standing there almost 10 minutes waiting to place my order... then my sandwich comes out burnt and dry when I get it. What makes it even more ironic I run into her 5 minutes later cominginto the bathroom still yelling on her phone to whoever. Specifically asked for ?an everything bagel plain, with nothing? and received the bagel with butter. I said I ordered mine... without butter. The lady takes the bag and comes back 20 seconds later saying here, no butter. It was so quick so I checked andit was the same bagel with butter. She lied to me and thought I was dumb enough to believe her. I came back and said it hasbutter and she refuted saying that?s how I ordered it. I said no I did not and she followed with ?well I don?t know because Ididn?t take your order? while laughing at me. I pleaded with the other lady that did take my order that she knows I specificallysaid everything bagel with nothing. She then toasted a new bagel for me.
