Let me start off by saying I hate to even leave 1 star for this location. I been coming here for sometime now because my job is... literally 3 minutes away. But I will never ever go back to this location I rather go to Starbucks which I also been going to andnever had this problem. The older lady at the drive thru window is so run have zero customer service skills and doesn?t need towork with the public at all. Ordered on the app, went to the window and stood there while two workers refused to acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Gave up and... waited in the long drive through line that I wanted to avoid -hence using the app for pickup. That also took way longer than anaverage drive through, even for Atlanta, even though it was at the slowest point of day. You have to be real terrible at yourjob for me to take the time to write a review. Don?t bother spending your money here. Hodgepodge is right across thestreet. Funny, while filling this out, Dunkin? sent me a message asking how my order went. It?s 10 min later and I?m still noteven first in line. Read more

Honestly it?s tough to post this because my coffee is surprisingly well made. In which, I normally do not fool with the Dunkin?s... located in Decatur. However the woman at the window was extremely rude and unpleasant mispronouncing my name as ?Shane, Samsomebody or whatever it is.? Were her exact words and my name is pretty simple I go by ?Queen Shae.? As a frequent mobileorderer, I?ve never felt so disrespected by an employee of a Dunkin? Donuts affiliation. As I informed another employee of herbehavior she even had the nerve to attempt to close the drive through window and loudly yelled ?At least I?m not a junkie? as Idrove off. I send this woman much grace as she may be in recovering and I pray this establishment takes time to give her propercustomer service training. Good day! Read more

Seems like their coffee is better prepared if it's an online order. I went through the drive thru and it seemed as if instead of... coffee I bought just mocha flavor. SMH never again. Read more

I never write reviews, but after todays experience I felt compelled. I waited 20 min in the drive-thru, which isn't unusual as... this location tends to be slow. I finally get my coffees, go home to reheat my husbands hot coffee that is now warm due to thewait. I pour it in a coffee cup, and a PAPER TOWEL was in my coffee. No idea why, but I will not be back. You can easily detourto Joes or Plants and Coffee and pay a bit more, but the quality and service are so much better. Read more

Ordered a Caramel Macchioto, small, extra caramel. Happily waited 15 minutes and paid $5 for it! Got it, saw coffee splatters... all over the lid that had dried. So, immediately I'm looking at the lid like, "am I comfortable putting my lips on apotentially dirty lid?". It's 7am, I just want my coffee. I used a napkin from my car to scrub the lid, none were provided. After 1 sip, I'm immediately disappointed, no caramel. Tasted like frothy black coffee. Had to go knock on the door and wait afew minutes. They took the cup to the back and added 1 pump of caramel and brought it back. Tasted about the same. Immediatelywent up the street to McDonald's and got a medium coffee for $2, poured out the Dunkin. Imagine finding happiness in $2 worthof regular coffee versus paying $5 for premium coffee handled by people that hate their jobs.... Read more

Every time I come here, something is wrong. One day they?re out of expresso, the next their frozen machine is down. I give up... with this location, not worth making future visits due to constant inconsistency. Not to mention, there?s no true baristas atthis location, so every drink will look and taste the same-sweet and milky. Extremely disappointed. Read more

I?ve been a daily regular customer at this Dunkin since it opened. I had to come leave a review that the new management is... amazing coffee and donuts are always extremely fresh. A complete 180 from the last owner. I love the new staff as well they aregood at keeping up with Dunkin?s crazy morning flow. Keep up the great work guys!!! Read more
