Good customer service. Cappuccino was of average quality. Croissant was very good. They also have different varieties of donuts... and all are of amazing quality. Donuts are worth a try. This place is very clean. This is just 4 minutes walk from Lindbergtransit station. Read more

The staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of Dunkin's food is slipping. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a Boston... cream donut. The cream cheese had no taste and had a slight gel consistency. There was barely any cream filling in the donut.The few chairs inside we're kind of scant and scattered about. It was not inviting or comfortable to sit there to eat. It feltmore like a waiting room at a gas station car repair shop. Even the music that was playing was clearly off track and it didn'tseem there's anything the employees could do to correct the annoyance. Read more
Been by a couple of times to pick up donuts for coworkers and grab a couple of snacks. Inside was in disarray both times, the... donut racks had paper liners hanging over them and looked messy. Not a lot of donuts available. Stopped by once around 5pm andthey had three selections of donuts, they could not fulfill a dozen donut order. Not going back to this store. Read more

So far, the new management seems to be an improvement! This was the first time I was able to be served at this Dunkin... the... past few times I would come the door would be locked and/or no response at the drive thru speaker. We had great service todayand our order was correct! Read more
It?s been a while since I?ve gone to this location due to the inconsistencies of the inside being open. I figured today I would... go ahead since I had to wait longer for my train. Well, I mobile ordered and got my coffee?it was disgusting & disappointing. Iorder my iced coffee the same EVERYWHERE I go, so I know what it?s supposed to look & taste like. So when I got this one Iimmediately noticed how dark it was! Didn?t even look like cream (2) was added. The taste was horrid, the coffee tasted burnt &bitter. The cashier gladly remade me another one but had to let me know that it was so bitter cause I didn?t have enough cream.Girl?I get it the same everytime as I?ve mentioned before. So how come I get it one way at another place & it tastes amazing.But I order it the same here and it?s because I don?t have enough cream? So she added an unknown amount of cream, which I onlylike 1-2, and I can say it?s just as bad as the first coffee I received (it was then too light). All this to say, I won?t bereturning to this location even if it was the last one on earth. Read more
