I walked into this location to pick up a delivery however I had it for the restroom first. Before I could get to the restroom... door the cashier said that it was out of order. I left the restaurant and returned because I received another delivery from thislocation. As I re-approached the restaurant I saw a customer coming out of the restroom. I came here to do some work before departing for my flight. This was my first time coming to this Dunkins and I will definitely... return when I?m back in town! Everyone whom I interacted with at this place was very friendly and professional. As I sat theredoing my work for three hours, I noticed that everyone who came through the door were delighted to see the workersthere. Unfortunately, I had to witness an unpleasant experience with a conceited customer. He came in with his daughter for icecream. However, he became very unpleasant when he noticed that the price of the ice cream was higher than was advertised on thesign. When he was told that the price just has not yet been updated, he became very confrontational. He threatened the workerwith legal statements and asked for the manager. The worker who served him stayed professional and calm. I was very impressedwith the way she handled the situation! Read more

Be Aware! They don't accept rewards/rewards/offers even though you may have it through the app!! I was unable to get my... birthday drink as well as other "offers" through the app. I showed them my offer and they made up the reason for them notaccepting it being that I had to buy more items for the promotion to be accepted even though that is not what the offerexplicitly said. Don't expect your promo to be expected here. A complete waste of time. Read more
